BEN MIISSES ALOT OF RAVEN'S GAMES
If Ben misses this game it will be the 8th time he doesn't play against the Ravens in his career.
We're 1 - 6 in the previous 7 meetings w/o Big Ben, only winning in 2012 with Charlie Batch in an emotional last second victory. We of course LOST to a pathetic Chargers team AT HOME with Ben the following week and proceeded to fall to 8-8 and out of the dance.

I wouldn't doubt that half those times Ben was iffy and they were concerned with his ability to protect himself vs their pass rush in a nasty game.

Teams can change as much during the year as between years. In the beginning of 2012 we were the old Steelers; by the end we were the bad, starting to rebuild Steelers. Stayed bad until the 2nd half of 2013, when the offense started to gel.
What's the word on Ben for this week? I've been seeing conflicting signals? Play or not?

Teammates confirmed Roethlisberger practiced as well.

What good fortune for BAL that Ben has missed nearly half of all games he's missed against them...and been pretty banged up in several others.

Then again the Steelers played the Ravens without Unibrow last season but were beaten by Ryan fucking Mallett.

Someone had to bring it up, I guess.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...

doesn't matter. Tomlin is convinced no matter the circumstances a 54 yard FG with time expiring one way or the other decides the outcome of this game.....

Thuggs needs to shut up
Suggs: I’ve seen this Ben Roethlisberger movie before

BALTIMORE, MD - NOVEMBER 28: Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger #7 of the Pittsburgh Steelers talks to outside linebacker Terrell Suggs #55 of the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium on November 28, 2013 in Baltimore, Maryland. The Baltimore Ravens won, 22-20.
Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs entered the NFL a year before Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, so he’s had a close view of his AFC North opponent for a long time now.
Suggs has seen Roethlisberger deal with a variety of injuries over that period of time and the way those injuries have spurred many a week spent waiting to see if Roethlisberger would be in the lineup, which has left him with a pretty strong feeling about how things are going to play out heading into this weekend’s matchup between the teams.
“Don’t fall for that. You gotta understand, I saw this movie before,” Suggs said at his press conference. “He’s gonna act like ‘Aw, I’m not playing, I don’t know, I did individual work a little bit.’ But then he’ll walk his big ass on out there and it’ll be ‘How you doin’ Benjamin.’ And then it’s on.”
Suggs has an injury concern of his own after tearing his biceps in Week Six, but returned to practice during the bye week and practiced again on Wednesday.

Not sure why you're upset with what Suggs has said here...

Cause he's a loudmouth, dipshit, just shut up.
He's always looking to chirp. Ben had to have surgery, has always been a quick healer. Has always heard the drama queen label, for what??? Never gets calls when he's mauled.
Suggs should ice his bicep,

He was showing Ben respect, not dissing him.

Well, he's on the field. "Playing" is debatable.
