A professional game plan on at least one side of the ball.

Home field advantage. Which means not bottoming out every season and clawing our way into the playoffs. It means playing at a bigh level for a whole season.

Sums it up pretty well.

I'd add a competent safety to that list.

For home field advantage we need a new division.

We wouldn't have beat NE at home today either. Not with zone.

Pass rush, pass rush, pass rush. And some more weapons for Ben.

I'm feeling like we should switch to a 4-3 and rebuild the Steel Curtain. Build the most badass DLine in the land that can put the heat on any QB. We have a nice start already with Heyward, Hargrave, and Tuitt. Get a couple more big uglies and the secondary will look much better.

I would go hard in FA for OLB. Why? Because Ben's clock is ticking. We can't afford another swing and miss with a first round OLB. I'd rather spend that on a TE since there are a couple good ones in the draft.

I'd look hard at Melvin Ingram if he hits the market.

A clean Martavis.
An athletic TE.
A second edge rusher
Another good corner
An injured Tom Brady.
Health.

We will never beat Belicheat and Brady.

We are too undisciplined.

We are too uncreative.

We are too predictable.

We are too sloppy.

We are too inflexible.

We are too soft and gutless.

Score from the 6" line.
Catch TDs.
Pressure on Tom Brady and a different defensive scheme.

So... New offensive coordinator, because we all know how T_dd Haley loves his TD's.
Need alien back, and a more dependable #2 WR
Need Butler and/or Tomlin to either pull their head out of their ass and change defensive schemes when warranted, or we need a new defensive coordinator, or head coach, depending on who insisted on that game plan.

OLB either get the top free agent, or pick him in the 1st, or 2nd.
CB 1st or 2nd round pick Cockrell is average, Gay is old, Gholson can't make through touch football.
WR deep threat ,Bryant your an idiot.
Free safety with coverage and ball skills. Mitchell is all talk no action.
