and we have finally reached the Intended Place -- if we do things different this year it will All Change. Guess what -- it wont. I've shifted to a new fear: that they will finally have a losing xeason, get in a great position to move up, will use the acquired capital to move up in the draft for a Q...

The "reports" that I'm seeing say that the best offer they received prior to and during the draft was a 4th rounder.

Airbnb may be a good alternative. Definitely going the AirBnb or Vrbo route. Is staying close to the stadium a good idea? Think I've read that the majority of the draft will be happening around and maybe in Acrisure. Stayed at a cool place in the North Side a few years ago, Mexican War Streets area...

My dad and I are driving in from NE OH. All hotels were booked the day it was announced. We managed to snag an Airbnb about a 10 minute walk from the North Shore. I imagine you'll be spending a pretty penny for an Airbnb at this point. It might be worth looking at something a little closer to the ai...

Re: SF Board Draft 2025 Comments & Rules
Houston had to try and fix all the OL issues that they caused themselves. I also wanted to grab a couple offensive playmakers and help out an aging DL. Overall I think Houston came out of the draft a better team. 1 25 - Tyler Booker, OL, Alabama 2 58 - Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State 3 79 - Jonah Sav...

My great-grandparents on my dad's side immigrated to McKees Rocks from Poland. Had a cousin that played at Montour, then Penn State and then drafted by the Raiders. Football was always huge in our family and early was more of college fans. My dad was a huge Pitt fan growing up. I was born in '88 in ...

I just briefly was looking at team cap space to figure out a team that can compete and have the money. The Commanders looked like a potential team that could make the move. Rookie QB that was lights out and could afford to bring him in.

I'm a big fan of the Harmon pick, although my opinion comes from only seeing him play against OSU. I'd like to see an earlier pick at WR and CB, although I know WR is thin this year. I've heard great things about Bech too. The corner I like is Cobee Bryant. He's thin, but I've read the Steelers have...

But they still have Franklin? Yes but unlike Mike Tomlin, he is actively trying to get better. And not scared to employ a pretty well-regarded coordinator. I honestly have no clue what PSU has returning. I think I saw they return like 14 starters. What do they have returning at safety? Knowles sche...

From what it sounds like, there was a decent bit of internal strife. I'm sure everyone saw the reports that him and Larry Johnson didn't along. Then reports coming out that Day basically told him things change after the debacle in Autzen. That seems to line up with when Saban called them out and Day...

Re: OSU-ND
As an Ohio State fan I agree that the Michigan loss was awful. That being said, it's a rivalry and Michigan's defense is built to face OSU. It was also only a three point loss and their only other loss was by one point on a "neutral" field to the number one team in the country. OSU would beat India...

My game plan, but a question for you, '95. Being fussy about language, I've always maintained that one does not "play golf," but rather "golfs," using "golf" as a verb,,unlike other sports. My gameday? -do my aerobic workout at home -take the dog for a walk, ironically on the GOLF course down the s...

Re: So, what would be your game plan for Saturday?
I would come out similar to what OSU did against Oregon. Basically a 4-2 front with Minkah playing the Mike just a little behind LB depth. Allow him to play the run and take away the middle of the field. Let the LBs play downhill.

Not necessarily saying I agree with it, but I have a feeling Kaleb Johnson will be their draft crush. As long as they don't take him in the 1st RD. Dude can run, has speed & vision. I feel like he checks boxes for them. Young, doesn't have a ton of carries and I think he can thrive in the zone syst...

Let's set aside what I think, because I don't think like them when it comes to TEs. Warren is actually more a fit to replace Darnell Washington. IOW, he is more of a two-way TE type and while not as good a blacker as Washington, I'd expect the Steelers view would be that Warren is a better receiver...

Re: Imo the draft is clear
I mean, unless you get Jeanty in the last 4 picks of the 1st, the difference between RBs taken 33-75 and those taken 76-UDFA will be minimal. This RB class is stupid deep. that may be true, but starting in the 2nd round i’ll be fine if they take an RB and he ends up being good. I’d go into the draf...

Re: Why is TJ still the favorite for DPOY?
It feels like it has become an award focused on sacks too much. He's only 2 behind the league leader in sacks. He also has 47 total tackles, 17 TFLs, 3 PDs, and 5 FF. I agree it feels like he doesn't get home nearly as much, but he's still heavily affecting what offenses try to do.
