In case you want to watch it. It's just over a half hour. When I first clicked on it, I didn't think I'd care enough to listen to it all but I did.

Re: Boy is Aaron Rodgers laying it all out there.

Just watched that Rogers presser. Glad you guys brought it up. That was an interesting listen. He said multiple times he's not a victim and just wanted to be more involved. I think he's right about getting his opinion on players and using him as a recruiter. They don't have to do everything he says...

Re: Vikings coach refuses to get vaccine

Got the 1st of the Pfizer shots back in mid April and am still dealing with complications. Have a history of getting backaches lasting a couple of weeks from flu shots. Haven't gotten one in over 25 years for that reason. Figured the Covid Vaccine would do the same but the benefits of being vaccina...

Did he have issues with his hands before he came here or did he just forget how to catch after? He was so bad right out of the gate.

Well why the fuck not? https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/07/22/mike-tomlin-on-ol-changes-we-didnt-have-the-bar-set-real-high/ Okay, I'm reading this as what he actually meant was that last season's performance didn't set the bar very high for this season, meaning he expects improvement. I ...

Hoping Moore can be this year's Dotson. Collins looks like an athlete that needed time to add size and strength. He's had that time so it will be interesting to see what he can become. We certainly need some good luck on the oline this season. That's the key.

Re: Edge Rushers

I've never in my life seen a RB that goes down easier than McFarland. Dri Archer. When he wasn't tripping over his own feet, a strong gust of wind could bring him down. I honestly don't remember Archer having more than a couple of carries, if that. I tend to remember him more as a returner and even...

Re: Source: Ben Hears All the Noise/Disrespect; Coming Guns-a-Blazing

Maybe I need professional help too. Tomlin and Cowher’s both won a Super Bowl and went to a Super Bowl and lost in the first few years they had with Ben. Tomlin’s record without Ben is better than Cowher’s record without Ben, although smaller sample size. Tomlin also fielded at least one defense be...

Re: Source: Ben Hears All the Noise/Disrespect; Coming Guns-a-Blazing

I don't know if Cowher would have controlled any of the nut cases like Brown but they definitely would have been gone before they got out of control. I believe the assistants would have been consistently better as well. Do both of those things win more, especially in the post season? I know where I'...

Re: Source: Ben Hears All the Noise/Disrespect; Coming Guns-a-Blazing

Cowher wasnt a great post season coach, but he was better than Tomlin. Which I guess doesnt say much for Tomlin's postseason coaching. Cowher was a pretty damn good playoff coach with Ben - AFCC with a rookie QB , which at the time was unprecedented. Then the following year wins the SB with, at the...

Re: Source: Ben Hears All the Noise/Disrespect; Coming Guns-a-Blazing

I hope this is all true. Long overdue IMO. However, until he can play a clean playoff game that ends in a W none of it matters. I’m not placing losses all on him. However, QBs that turn it over in the postseason have a much higher probability of losing. Ben has been turning it over when it counts m...

Re: Source: Ben Hears All the Noise/Disrespect; Coming Guns-a-Blazing

This offense is going to absolutely pimp slap opposing teams for 60 minutes at a time this year. A pissed off Ben + Harris + mean as fuck OL and our WR's can overcome anything, even Tomlin's ineptitude. Tomlin’s ineptitude is pretty strong Asking a lot to overcome his dumbfuckedness Every time I st...

Lambert the best in the middle. Kirkland and Farrior the best inside in the 3-4. I think Kirkland would have been a stud in the middle. Not sure the other two would have been as good switching positions. I never thought Shazier was big enough to be elite. Speed isn't everything. I'm also not ready t...

Or is it Tik Tok people? Those that use Tik Tok? I don't know but could this lead to some arguments in the locker room?

Re: Decastro released

It's not like we have one or two question marks on the OL. We have a 2nd year 4th round pick as the only one that looks solid. This with a QB that was trying to throw the ball in less than 3 seconds because he didn't trust the blocking last year. I don't care how great every other position is, if th...

Okung is still out there. So is Schwartz. Two guys that would be instant upgrades if healthy. Nick Easton for G/C depth? They have to be looking at adding a player or two to the OL.

Re: Najee #1 - Who would have guessed?

Like many of us, I would have preferred a LT but in retrospect Harris is a great pick. The Dolphins would have traded up for him, he would have probably have been taken in the following pick if still available & it was no sure bet whatsoever that Harris would have been there for the Steelers 1st ro...
