Re: Howdy gent's
It’s funny how some don’t recognize that right off the bat. It took me a minute. I was going to ban immediately for no reason but he'll give me cause within a few days. Can't help himself. Don't worry... Ole Lynch won't jizz on too many snowflakes around here. Sorry you're dealing with that. ...

Re: Pick 3.84 Michigan WR Roman Wilson
When are people going to stop saying this and realize the Steelers haven't developed or improved a wide receiver since Mann retired 5 years ago? It’s the great Steelers myth. Make a list of all the WRs the Steelers have drafted this century, it’s not as great as we think. 2024-Roman Wilson (3rd rou...

Center hopefully. If we're going back to ground and pound I want us to commit fully to it with a shit kicking offensive line.

Re: John Frascella PS QB Drama Details
All this hoopla over a guy who will be out of the league in 2-3 years. This pecker-head averages 2 touchdown passes a month and thinks after injury and our best run of form all year that he'd walk back into the position before the playoffs. Then he gets his feelings hurt when we bring in competition...

Re: Maybe they are a circus - Fields could supplant Wilson
the decision about whether or not to invest in fields has to happen this spring, not much point in sacrificing wins this fall to find out whether or not we made a mistake before that. I know about the 22 million or whatever he's owed as a 5th year option, but that isn't huge money for a starting QB...

Re: Maybe they are a circus - Fields could supplant Wilson
I can see it. I don't see the point in bringing Fields in at all if there wasn't a shot at winning the QB1. Personally, I'd like to see what Fields can offer because we have a choice to make with him at the end of the season. Whether to keep around or not.

Re: Justin Fields from the Bears perspective
My disappointment and gripe has nothing to do with whether they were better off with Pickett or Rudolph or Wilson or whoever the fuck. I'm pissed off because the moves do nothing more than keep them average and that keeps Teflon Tomlin keeping them average for who knows how much longer. This organi...

This is my line of thinking too. Penix is the first to come to mind given where we'd be drafting. Gut feeling we trade upgojira5150 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 7:36 pmI'm hoping they bring in Penix. Most of the violence is criminal. But gangs aren't committing mass shootings at malls, schools, churches, etc. I'd say we like to kill each other with guns from a variety of sources. A good portion of gang shootings happen at malls and other public places such as festivals, and most are classified ...

It was never a Constitutional right. Emanation from a penumbra, my ass... It was though when Roe v Wade was used as precedent. It was bad law that took 50 years to correct. A given Supreme Court can make a bad ruling NOW, creating a "Constitutional" right out of thin air, but this does not mean tha...

I'd sigh if it wasn't so predictable. The Netherlands is where they pass "common sense" hate speech laws and strip farmers of their land in mass numbers. What freedom, StillerInCT. The Netherlands were used as an example very recently on the right for why being disarmed was a very, very bad idea pr...

I hope I never have to see Mason Rudolph start another game for the Steelers. I'm not going to let him jumping over a low bar for a few weeks trick me into thinking he's anything but an NFL backup, at best.

Fine. Then we just live with it. I don't pretend to have an easy solution to what I view as ultimately a cultural issue. But maybe, and call me crazy here, it'd be better if the media didn't spread the manifesto of every mass shooter sans the transgendered individual who wanted to kill little white...

Yea, tell me more about all that free speech in the UK. Or Canada.
