That's cool. I don't have a twitter account, just thought the tweet seemed like smack talk and thought it was odd coming from him.

I believe he was talking about Brazil, which has five World Cup titles, getting thrashed by Germany in the semis yesterday.
So maybe it's smack talk, but very harmless.

He (or whoever runs his social media accounts) gives away gift cards online pretty frequently. He's on Facebook and Instagram as well.

That's OK, what's wrong with our guys showing some cocky swagger for a change? Always being modest can get pretty boring, just having some fun.
