He'll unveil his SB winners based off his perception of preseason in a prime time event on CBS with Alec Baldwin opening for him in Sep. 7
I didn't say I was right- I asked a question.
All I hear is "This guy's a stud. We are loaded up again".
Without anyone pointing to WHY they think that.
I think it because they improved their team speed on defense. I think Jarvis Jones is going to end up to be a stud. I believe we'll see more penetration from DL than we've seen in a while. I think the offense began to click at the end of last year. I think Antonio Brown is a stud. I think Ben Roethlisberger will be given more freedom to set tempo. I think Leveon Bell can be a fantastic weapon catching balls out of the backfield. I think the QB is cerebral enough to distribute the football. I think the added speed at WR will only make the west coast route concepts even more deadly. I think having Maurkice Pouncy and David DeCastro next to each other will be a dominant perimeter and screen combination as pulling road graders.
I think if they play to their potential that 11 wins is easy. And I think it has to be that way or all this shit is for naught
This. But that is what is in question in my mind. They are a young team, and need to go through ups and downs to be cohesive and trust each other. I also question mental fortitude, which I believe Tomlin looks at as well. He's mentioned it a few times so it must be an issue for him as well.
Having said that, I'm optimistic. I also think the first three games are going to be typical steeler games where it's up and down and everybody is going to have multiple heart attacks.
