He kept giving us the scenarios that would see the Steelers in the playoffs. Most of us, including me, said "yeah, sure!" Here we are. Also El Kabong, Texas and all the "bright siders." I tip my hat.

Gotta admit....I said we would win game the rest of the way after the Bengals fiasco. We ended up winning 4!!

I guess anything can happen Sunday night. I remember many moons ago tuning in for a certain Steelers/Colts game in the playoffs and thinking we had no chance. I watched Ben and Heath Miller own the Colts the 1st quarter and thought to myself.....we are going to be a problem.

I was on the brightsider team in October when they were 1-3. Still can't believe this team made it to the playoffs.

cheering for a good result on every single play the Pittsburgh Steelers have is the only way i know how to be a fan. i get the rooting for picks cuz want future team to benefit from it stuff, in my head...i just can't do that. no matter how bad it gets i always think theyre gonna win the next one.

thanks to Swiss and all the rest of you posters that make it a less lonely feeling!

Yeah. That was a great game. I remember the refs trying to steal it by calling that Troy interception an incomplete pass. I think it was Bryant McFadden stepped up and defensed the pass in the end zone to save it. And then, wasn’t that the game where Ben saved it with “The Tackle?” Man! Those were some Steeler Football days.

Yup, and then Vanderjagt missed. The "call your travel agent and re-book that flight to Denver" call from Tunch on the radio. Awesome game.

What's funny is that Edmunds' INT yesterday and his getting up kinda reminded me of the Troy INT

Always love hearing from Swiss down the stretch of any particular season, laying down the SBI on us, baby! Gotta know who to root for each week, particularly after week 10 or so.

Never say die! I don't care if we are playing the reincarnation of the 1960s Green Bay Packers or the Little Sisters of the Poor, we need to, in the inimitable words of Dwight Mad Dog White (RIP), paraphrased, we gotta be hitting 'em hard, we are going to be hitting them like a bitch!! Let's GO! Always have a chance with Ben!

Weeeeellllll, I'm kind of expecting this game against the Chiefs to look like the last one, but hey, anything can happen, right? BELIEVE.

Happy to be seen as a bright sider. :D

My tea leaves and homer glasses tell me this return trip to KC will be much different.

The coaches will have the players channeling their inner Rudy's. They will be full of confidence that they can compete with anyone. After all, the KC players put their pants on one leg at time and they can be beat.

Butler will be back. Watt is angry that he did not break the sack record and will make game changing plays. Canada will unveil a game plan worthy of a victory. I see at least one maybe two trick plays that will steal back the momentum from the heavily favored home team.

Ben will lead the Steelers to yet another dramatic come from behind victory.

Steelers 24
Chiefs 21

BELIEVE
NHALS secured. Check.
In the playoffs. Check
AFCN Champions. Check
Beat the Texans. In progress
Here We Go Steelers

Keep the game close and let Ben pull some magic out at the end would be pretty cool. Also I will take Boswell hitting like 7 FG's and a 21-20 win.

Kelce limped off the field, Hill is playing hurt, CEH is out (though his backup is better)... the Chefs can be beaten, but it's going to take one of the PS' best performances of the year to do it.

Sure you are. You'd think if you're pinching someone's photo that it would be a Steelers fan and not a Patriots fan.
