Jaylen Warren set to SMASH all-time Steelers record
Warren now has 493 yards on 80 carries. He's averaging 6.16 yards a carry.
Harris now has 499 yards on 128 carries. He's averaging 3.89 yards a carry.
If Warren finishes as our leading rusher, he would currently smash the all-time Steelers record for yards per carry by their leading rusher in a single season.
The all-time leaders are Franco Harris in 1972 at 5.6 YPC, John Fuqua in 1970 at 5.0 YPC, and a tie between Dick Hoak in 1968 and Le'veon Bell in 2016 at 4.9 YPC.
Warren is flirting with greatness. We're all so happy for him and glad he's the #1 back on the roster. Hooray for Jaylen!

Fuckin Warren and his Yds/Carry that’s screwing up the flow of our offense. Needs to trim that to 4ish yards.
Right…how the hell are you supposed to get to 3rd down when this guy is moving the chains every other carry?StillerInCT wrote: ↑Sun Nov 19, 2023 10:47 pmFuckin Warren and his Yds/Carry that’s screwing up the flow of our offense. Needs to trim that to 4ish yards.

You guys are going to fuck up a good thing because the only thing you know about football is it’s hard to play

Najee will be fine. Especially when he's traded this offseason when his 5th year option is declined. It'll be the best thing that's happened for him going to a real offense.

Here's the article that explains the chart TB posted, eye opening and damning, why Tomlin doesn't play Warren more and let Naj spell him is truly mind boggling.

When you realize that everything Mike Tomlin does is a result of ego, it all really starts to click and make sense.
