Well of course that would be ideal. And I don't know what a package would entail. But I'd take a 30 year old Adams (or any talented receiver) that gives effort over Pickens. Pickens is done here anyway.

In my honest opinion, GP is a top 10 talent at wr RIGHT NOW. Headcase WRs have been the norm for a while now and guess what??? They are usually pretty fucking good. To you guys longing for another Ward or something...I'm sorry. It ain't happenin'. Dude was automatic on 3rd down. Everyone knew he was getting the ball, but he was rarely denied. Never a homerun threat, but pretty much one of the all-time great possession receivers and chain movers.

I think you're probably right. On top of that, Mendenhall considered himself to be a brilliant intellectual. Mendenhall is my least favorite Steeler of all time, so Pickens giving me Mendenhall vibes is not good from my point of view. Not sure whether Pickens is a pseudo-intellectual like Mendy, though.
