Anyone here have 72 year old Bill Belichick coming out of retirement to coach in college on their bingo card?

Belichick is the exact opposite sort of personality/coach I'd expect to succeed at the college level for a multitude of reasons. Is he really looking to sit in the living room of some 18 year old kid and bullshit him?

but young people seem attracted to him
The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.

From what I understood of the hire it’s a package deal with his son to get his boy going in the coaching industry. #Rumor?

Was just going to say he’s going to end up pulling some college pussy.
And his current girl is young enough she’s likely down to share.
Not sure why he’d want this outside of that but whatever. Just retire already.
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 81 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

CFB is more like the NFL than it used to be on the business side. This will help there in many ways.
“We’ve got to write that story. We’ve got enough talent, we’ve got enough schematics to do big, big things. When I say big things, I’m talking about historic things.”

... and if *anybody* around here ever deserved to be crowned, "the fuckin' idiot" --- it's this buffoon

Just don't hire Conor Stallions (who I'm pretty sure Jimmy Harbs picked because he sounds like a bad Marvel character's secret identity) to do the oppo research and he should be OK.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...
This - I saw part of an interview where he basically said he would run the program like an NFL program to prepare the players to take the next step and succeed as pros. I could see that selling a few top-level recruits on heading to Chapel Hill (which frankly is a great part of the country).
