It all goes to Tomlins feet cause he rubs the tightest ship
Nice going Aaron. Been waiting for the circus to arrive. Today it did

Tomlin PC 1/14/25 -“‘Stuck’ is a helpless feeling. I don’t feel helpless,” Tomlin said. “I don’t know if I want to sell you an overly optimistic (tone) either.

How in the world do guys get away with skipping film sessions?!?
Remember all the debates over miscommunications with Ben and receivers and we always wondered who was at fault? Well, now no reason to think receivers weren't hitting 420 instead of the film room when Ben was QB.

He's gonna unleash hell, but in his laid back stoner way, which is fine with me.
I knew this was gonna happen. You get a vet QB who has a history of not putting up with bs, and this is what they produce.
This means Coach T is not watching the crew, he's taking off at 3 on Fridays.
He's leaving it up to AR, who's a know malcontent, who demands excellence, to do his work for him.
Ugly times.
But fun times!

"We, as an offensive collective were off today, and certainly, he's a component of that,"
The lawyer missed a few other choice comments. While Rodgers defended Tomlin and says he believes in him fully, he chucked some teammates directly under the bus.
Jonnu Smith missed a signal. Rodgers said Smith is a "true professional" but answered the next question as to how to fix that sort of thing said that when they have film sessions, everyone needs to show up and that when he checks to a route everyone needs to run the right route. So yea...I'm sure Smith is thrilled.
Said it was a poor practice week and actually said it might have been the cold, but didn't have a real explanation for it.
He threw all the WR's under the bus again to defend the coaches for the lack of throws over the middle. Said that WR's aren't getting separation (and laughably said the coverages don't allow for the throw to the middle often). If defenses have watched this team, I wouldn't even bother covering the middle of the field beyond a few yards of the line. And it looks to be wide open on a regular basis to my untrained eye.
But yea, cryptic shots at teammates have begun, but Rodgers is all in on Mediocre MIke. I don't think his ego will allow him to trash Tomlin because it's the reason he gave for signing here. He'd probably just be mocked by his critics.
The young skill guys? Yea, they're fair game.

Yah see, this is why we need George Pickens back to fix everything.DumlinBumlinStumlin wrote: ↑Mon Dec 01, 2025 2:30 amIt all goes to Tomlins feet cause he rubs the tightest ship

Well, Fittipaldo had this to say:
"We all saw this coming, including his quarterback, who questioned the team’s focus and approach to preparing for games last week. That’s a direct reflection on the coaching and Tomlin’s ability to prepare his team."

Rodgers has always had an offensive coach. I'm not even going to count his two years (really one) in NY. We've already heard from a guy who left the Steelers offense to go play in Green Bay's under LaFleur. The level of detail and precision was night and day. Same thing Juju said when going to KC and NE. It was like learning a new language I think he said. Steelers basically just relied on Ben (whose football IQ was always severely underrated - guy got no fanfare for basically being able to call most of the playbook from the no-huddle while everyone fawned over Manning for doing the same) to do Ben shit and make things happen.
Well, that isn't Rodgers and it's not what he's used to. So he's running into the same brick wall on offense that Roethlisberger did and he's more of a rigid perfectionist by nature. He won't blame the coaching (yet, probably won't in my view so his critics don't get the satisfaction), but it's clear as day. Tomlin simply does not hold his offense to a high standard. The schematics there are an afterthought. I think he at least tries with the defense, but that's a mess for different reasons. It wouldn't surprise me if he's designed a simple but uneloquent mess on that side of the ball. It's probably a missmash of shit from Lebeau/Butler still and himself and it doesn't really have the answers for modern NFL offenses with any consistency. But I'm no football guru here.
So yea...Ben made a gourmet meal out of shit ingredients for the most part. Yes, there was talent at various points, but the talent was supposed to just win out over everything else on offense. It's why the offense week and after week for the most part left points on the field. It was just a standard refrain to count the missed opportunities 98% of the time. They could have scored 40 if this moron WR didn't do x y or z bu the moron WR would do x y or z every fucking week just about. So you could say it was player execution, but in reality it was just shitty coaching and low standards on that side of the ball.
This is a long winded way of saying that Rodgers is not suited to play for Mike Tomlin. He's not a fuck around for three quarters and pull shit out of your ass in the 4th kind of guy despite a few notable performances that were really just fluky (his game against Arizona in the Wild Card).
And I sure as shit still believe if you put Ben Roethlisberger with a guy like Andy Reid, he'd have MVP's and more Super Bowl rings. Reid would have demanded more from Ben, but also the offense as a whole. But I digress from the rant about Rodgers. Most NFL fans would just laugh and say Ben wasn't that good and that I'm delusional, but fans who watched him his entire career know full fucking well how much physical talent he had and how high his football IQ was for the most part.

So who does everyone think the Recievers are that didn’t show. But let’s be honest this has to one of the worst WR room in a while. Blame is also on Kahn who failed to get a true 2WR in the last two years

“Allen just told a Buffalo reporter that he couldn’t believe how quickly the @steelers quit on the game. WTF”

Jonnu Smith and Roman Wilson missed routes. I’m sure it was Wilson who missed meetings. It could’ve been Austin. He was there but his head doesn’t reach over his desk.DumlinBumlinStumlin wrote: ↑Mon Dec 01, 2025 3:45 amWho missed the routes tonight? What’s the point of coming to film knowing damn well if you are the #2 or lower you ain’t got a prayer of making an impact. Roman Wilson? CAIII? Skowronek? Does Muth come anymore after sliding to 3rd on depth chart?
This team is dumb and lazy top to bottom

looks to me like Cam was messing with Allen's leg in the ground and hence the kneelanger wrote: ↑Mon Dec 01, 2025 3:52 amhttps://x.com/itsnedhunt16/status/1995 ... 5861?s=46

The whole collective mailed it in on the holiday week.
Same thing will happen, human nature of allowed, during Christmas week and new years week.

Well we know what needs to be done.
Which WR needs to go?? Better trade another to clean up the lockeroom. Get theee guys to focus.
CAIII?
Roman Wilson?
How bout Scotty Miller ?
Can’t move Skowronek. Too valuable to run game.

Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 88 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

There was a vid posted of Scam punching Justin Herbert in the nuts when they were on the ground.
He's got a history apparently.
It's one thing to bodyslam Vince Young on a rout where the D is kicking ass. It's another to pull some sneaky dirty shit like this then whine and cry about getting kneed by a QB. He's trying to justify Queens dirty hit trying to take out Allen.
Pathetic. That guy has just destroyed his credibility this year.
A collapse last year, a collapse this year.

Film session?? Fuck that we got a ping pong tournament going!!!
