When the offense takes the field it goes into the spin cycle?

The Steelers will definitely be in hot water if Jones ever has to start a game that means something.

Steeler Jones? Yeah, that would be a disaster!

I imagine Laundry will hang his receivers out to dry.

We shall see.

This year is difficult.

I take a non classic approach to the roster...After roster spot 50...The last 3 spots I believe are players with potential slots....I know that is what the Practice squad is for. Cris Carter quits on plays...I think he needs to go. The Steelers have 2 options for that OLB roster spot...Jones or Carter

Onto Brown at this point you have 2 other options

Moye,
Sampson

Now if you're contesting the Steelers will sign a player cut from another team to replace Jones and or Brown....Its very possible....The here and now before other teams cut players...I will stick with it

I can't recall Vince Williams making a single play all preseason. He looked like a less-athletic Larry Foote.

Vince Williams actually looked far more advanced in his reads than last season.

I wish the Steelers could take Dan Molls mind and heart and place them in Shaizer's body.

I wonder if Zumwalt or Richardson will be IRed?

Did Nick Williams show anything last night for him to make it over Mauro?

After 9 edits in my first go around I wanted to start fresh easier to find the list at the end of this thread.

I'm thinking they scoop a couple players off the cut heap. So I left an opening at QB. Like to live with these picks but I'm sure I'll be back to changes players.

IMO no. Mauro played pretty well over the pre season even though getting a late start in OTA's/Camp.

So he made better reads and then got run over and dragged for extra yards or completely missed the tackle.

Molls plays ILB right? I think we have enough depth there. I liked the way Molls played too. Not just in last nights debacle but over the pre season too. I think HoJo makes the roster over him because of the depth at ILB being what it is and the (lack) depth at OLB. Then there's Zumwalt. Zumwalt is the wild card for me. Can play both inside and outside. I have him PS'd. JMO

No way in hell Blake gets cut and Shaq is kept. Just my very humble opinion. Antwon has shown pretty well and Shaq has been hurt most of the preseason. PS material.

Yes... Yes it is titled "Happy", but I conveniently left that word off.

I think they could carry both. McCain I cut. I have Blake to PS cause I'm still not sure who may be cut and worth the Steelers salvaging off the scrap heap. Perhaps the Steelers are fortunate and land some CB depth and even possibly a developmental QB and cut ties with LJones.

Then there was "The Heart of our Crappy Team is still Beating"

Is there a deadline for announcing down to 53 or just by game time next Sunday ?
