Was an easy selection given the state of their Oline.
Almost took Latu until the neck injury derailed that idea.

For those of you lamenting that your lack of college expertise is holding back your NFL dreams, a combined 21 college football starts for the last two picks in their careers.

Packers select CB1
I like all three CBs taken so far... 1a 1b 1c. Choose your color fo the rainbow.
but Dejean is the best football player of the three.

Pelissero:
The #49ers will forfeit their original fifth-round selection in the 2025 Draft and will have their 2024 fourth-round selection (#131) move to the end of the fourth round, behind the compensatory picks (#135).
This action resulted from a league review that found administrative payroll accounting errors at the close of the 2022 league year that resulted in a misreporting of the club’s cumulative player compensation. The NFL determined that the club would have remained under the salary cap at all times regardless of the error and there was no intent to circumvent the cap.

AZ will consider trading back from #27 if someone wants to move up.
What's your asking price?

He’s good enough at off man to play safety but I think he’s a classic C3 Dick Lebeau CB. He plays like Rod Woodson. He’s the best off man defender in recent memory. So difficult and he makes it looks easy.Pabst wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 8:30 pmI take it you view Dejean as a CB rather than a S?bradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 8:29 pmPackers select CB1

Ok, so... I caught some errors in the draft order as previously posted PLUS the SF pick penalty shifted picks at the end of round 4. Please check to see if your picks are what you thought they were/ what they are supposed to be and let me know if there are any issues.

Like Robinson a lot. Nice pickup.

Anyone wanting to trade up with Baltimore? Just let me know.

Back at you, love the Brian Thomas pick.
Some great picks thus far. Alt, Mims, Mitchell, Dejean and many others.
In their current state, I hate everything about this organization.

Similar thought-process it seems with the last two picks - big man with upside and a 5YO to develop under a veteran who’s not long for the league.
Man, between Hollywood Brown and Worthy, that Chefs offense definitely just got their potential to beat teams over the top back.

Aiyuk wants a change of scenery and the fictitious 49ers have given him permission to seek a trade. Missed on your WR? Hit me up.

Perfect home for Peyton Wilson. Built-in ILB mentor in Jewell.

The Panthers saw the Pittsburgh Steelers nail a defensive stud (Joey Porter, Jr.) with the first selection of the 2nd RD last year, and are excited for Payton Wilson to tackle that same challenge.
Added bonus is that Robinson is from the Detroit area.Charles Demarr wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 11:27 pmBack at you, love the Brian Thomas pick.

Anybody now think it was a bad idea to draft an OT at 20? Yoi an historic run on OTs. That's 10 in the first 36 picks. And I don't think there's a bad one in the whole bunch. And I still have a few more that are really solid or have big upside potential.
And Congratulations to all of you: made it an entire round in one day. Amazing.

I could honestly see the actual draft going similarly. I think at 1.20, we'll have a great OT or choice of OC prospect on the board, and by round two, both options will be greatly diminished. Makes going in the other directions a bit of a crap shoot.

Carolina blue bloods rejoice, Jalen McMillan will fulfill everything, and more, that was expected from Rae Carruth way back when.
This newly minted Panther will catch everything out of the slot. Everything, except a court case.

Ouch with the Rae Carruth reference! I lived in Boulder during that Buffs era. They had a great team then. IDK what Bill McCartney was giving players to get them there but he had the Texas, Louisiana, and California pipeline going full gas for while. Lots of NFL guys. And murderers.

Steelers met with Jalen McMillan at the combine.
Productive player who probably rates higher if not for playing time missed this past season..
