If I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet I wouldn’t be more surprised if Tee Higgins signed with the Steelers
Dude played phenomenal last night
Steelers won’t pay that hefty sticker price and Higgins isn’t leaving Joe Burrow for Tomlin and Uncle Artie
A fragile Chris Godwin is more in their wheelhouse but even that seems a bit too optimistic.
Sign a mid tier WR and a rookie who can hopefully jump on a moving train is probably the best y’all can hope for.
As for my guy Georgie?
Adios Amigo
Better hope there’s a desperate (dumb) team out there because I don’t think they sniff a 2nd for that half a meatball
Here’s to hoping
I don't know if the Steelers would pony up for Higgins, but I see no way Cincy can pay Chase, Higgins and Burrow top tier money.
Higgins probably won't end up in Pittsburgh, but I'll be shocked if he remains a Bengal next season.
Nope
Bengals ain’t paying him
Maybe they pay Chase since he and Burrow are boys but I hope he walks too after they’re done tagging him
Hopefully. both of those studs are out of the AFC NORF
Tomlin needs all the help he can get

Sign Higgins with the money the are going to give Pickens anyways, just a year sooner. Trade pickens for a 2nd. Draft a WR in round one. Sign Johnson if ya want. Toml;in has always kept him in check for the most part. WR is fixed for the next four years.

Higgins´ departure is basically certainty. We can try to trade for him and send them Pickens.

The Steelers were definitely prepared to back up the Brinks truck for Aiyuk, both when they thought they had a trade for him on draft night and then a second time before the season. So I don't doubt they are prepared to drop big money on a WR.
Never doubt the desire to finish 9-8. And nothing would secure another year of glorified mediocrity than trading GP and signing a guy like Higgins.
