More specifically on topic, i’ve really liked/wanted Kubiak for years, he seems like a great HC candidate at this point.

He will be a HC. Just not here because (1) he will become a HC before we are done spinning our wheels with Jibba, (2) he coaches the wrong side of the ball, and (3) he doesn’t check any DEI boxes
