Jets fire Robert Saleh

Kansas City went 22 years between playoff wins (1993-2015)

Buffalo went 25 years (1995-2020)

The longest current droughts are:
Miami is sitting at 24 years and counting (last win was 2000 season)
Vegas is at 22 years (last win was the 2002 AFCCG)
Washington is sitting at 18 years (last win 2005)


Someone can double check this, but I believe the Lions win last seasons ended the longest drought of the Super Bowl era (32 years)

Someone had a graphic up where the Jets under Saleh have been outscored in the first half by 270ish points in the first half of games, had like 70 more penalties than the opponents, there was another one or two things that were pretty bad as well I just don't recall them all. Reportedly, Saleh wanted to fire the OC, who is the QB's buddy. The NYJ aren't great but they currently have the NFL's 23rd offense and the 12th defense. So, they fired the defense guy because he wanted to fire the OC.
