With all the BIG moves this offseason, do we expect improvements?

The obvious goal is to win at least a post season game to end their embarrassing drought.

Beyond that I agree with Kodiak, it’ll take some luck getting anything more.

When you look at our roster you’ll see a group of long in the tooth F/A players. Significantly More than they’ve had in past seasons.

I believe they are in Must Win Now Mode. Will certainly make for an interesting season going forward.

Getting the older F/A players to buy in and gel with the fraudlin locker room will be an indictment of fraudlin’s coaching prowess.

This is all for legacy at this point. No coach wants to end a career with a 8+ in a row post season loss record. Arrogance and vanity.

The one good thing I believe we can conclude is the fraudlin's NHALS era of Steelers football is coming to an end.

When? Hopefully much sooner than later and still Anyone’s guess!
Thing is: in order to have a reasonable chance in a playoff game, they either have to win the division, be the top wild card, or be a wild card vs a division winner who lost their QB late in the season. That's pretty much it. If they are in the wild card on the road vs the KC, BAL, or BUF teams we expect to see, they're going to be defeated.

Last two years, that has meant 11 wins. Do you see this team winning 11 out of 17?

I agree. They have beenin "win now mode" for the last 7-8 years and it has got them bunk. Accept a down season and rebuild with talent.

Jibbs can pull out regular season wins vs. Baltimore.

That last playoff game showed how much better Harbaugh is at game planning when it matters most.

He made our defensive strategy look amateurish. If you will.
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 84 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

I mean, even if they had a down year and high picks, I don't trust them to use them right or develop the players even if they do.

This is a league where teams routinely go from basement to playoffs in a single year with a new regime in place that is hungry and knows what it's doing. Two things the Steelers brass lack.

2016 - they beat Miami, 30-12, their single legitimate win.
Important to note that Miami was the worst team in the AFC playoff field that year and by far the “easiest out”.

We’ve now become that team and have perpetually been the AFC’s easiest out.

Almost a bye week when facing a top tier team.
Yep, and Matt Moore was the Fins starting QB. The starting QB's for the three playoff wins since the loss to the Packers in SB XLV are:

2015 Wild Card Game vs Bengals - A. J. McCarron
2016 Wild Card Game vs. Dolphins - Matt Moore
2016 Divisional Playoff vs. Chiefs - Alex Smith

I expect a first round playoff opponent standing by on their home field with a belt in hand, snapping it loudly.
