If Baltimore loses on Saturday to GB the Steelers could rest all hurt/ing players on Sunday and play all backups against Baltimore.

Although the clock was running prior to the snap on the play where the penalty occurred and it was under 2 minutes, the play itself resulted in a stopped clock. So I understand that a 10 second runoff would therefore not be necessary in that case.
