Wow, now all we need is for Tuitt to come out of his cry corner and we got ourselves a ballgame. ( and before anyone attacks me about Tuitt, it's a fucking joke)

God answered my prayers & I’ve recovered from my season-ending shoulder injury earlier than expected. I can’t believe I get another chance to take the field with this team and play in a playoff game to keep our season alive. Steelers Nation, #HereWeGo!

Yeah but the shit part is that they released Corliss W. when they put Juju back in the line-up.

Regardless of outcome, regardless of how effective he is, JJSS playing tomorrow fucking rules. Gets to play one more game with Ben, dude embodies a Steeler.

Suboptimal cut.

Harvin is punting again?

Good to see we don't live in our fears. PIT needs to play a perfect game, and that doesn't allow for shanked punts.

I’ll give the benefit of the doubt regarding Waitman vs. Harvin if it really comes down to holding kicks for Boswell. Boswell and Harvin have been damn near perfect this year.

But Waitman should absolutely be in camp next season battling for the job. Dude looks like a gamer and nothing should be handed to Harvin, given his body of work this season.

What in the world in Tomlin ‘s history made anyone think that he would cut/bench/demote Harvin?

He did say they were going to do things differently this time, and I guess that means the opening WR screen can go to JuJu...

Actually, he said that there would be changes…changes that the unwashed masses, us the fans, could not possibly notice …being football simpletons.
Now, I may be a football dumbass, but even can tell the difference between a 190 lb punter and a 300 lb punter…just saying.

I don't know what the other 31 teams' punting situation is, but something tells me Waitman will probably be signed elsewhere before camp.

And does anyone really think Harvin would be claimed if cut?

Good lord.

Cut him, put him on PS. Make it clear you are not giving up on him and he can compete in camp.

If it is about hold for Boz ok, but considering how often this offense may need to punt, I would need to know that the other guy is not as good placing the damn ball.

Keep a bad punter on the team all year because you're planning in unleashing his arm at some point. Makes sense! Shoulda signed Philip Rivers to hit 35 yard punts.

It worked so well when Koch tried it out for Harbaugh in the finale, why not?

If we have Harvin throwing passes when we all see that his punting sucks then that means we're in a worst spot than ever.

It wouldn't shock me if that was the thought process. Could totally see Tomlin explaining this in his presser, especially if it works and he gets to pat himself on the back "we knew we might need a little razzle dazzle to keep pace....Harvin had a great week practicing that play....and so we were very comfortable with him out there....in that moment"

I really hope we don't try a fake punt or kick. They NEVER work. Have we ever run a fake punt or kick that has worked?

Well, there was the time that the great Rosie Nix converted a 4th and 5 with a 4 yard run…

We did a fake kick for a two point conversion against Denver in 2017. Or wait…that was a fake FG attempt and we got a touchdown!

Fake punt in Bill Cowher’s first ever game as Steeler coach.

Surprise onside in Super Bowl XXX.

That’s three off the top of my head…sure there’s been more.
