This is only a good thing if they go outside the organization and do an all encompassing search for the next hotshot young OC, then admit their mistake on Pickett and move off him ASAP. If Rooney allows Tomlin to promote Sullivan or Faulkner these guys deserve the mediocrity they get.

I think it is more about feeling pulse of players and hot hands. Knowing the cold, warm, and hot plays very quickly and a stringing together complimentary plays, while having paid attention to the details during the week.

The multiple screen plays on Sunday being horrendously orchestrated and executed quickly comes to mind!
