Hey, I'm the one who said you all suck!Pabst wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 1:51 amShould have added - No offense to anyone here. You're all wonderfulbradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 1:42 amYeah, I'm with you--- life's too short, especially with your kids growing up
Awww, you didn't mean it.
Besides I wasn't actually complaining. This board is my escape from reading contracts and financial statements all day
Hey, Pabst, you think not having a pick till the 4th is rough? Try not having a pick till the 4th because of Kenny F. Pickett.

The gauntlet Coleman ran is probably more indicative of his talent level in games. I thought long and hard about drafting him instead of trading for Aiyuk but I felt like we needed some more juice to pair with Pickens.
Coleman's numbers are almost identical to Allen Robinson's from 10 years ago. Like.....freakishly similar:

Yep. So. Maybe he's somewhere between Tee Higgins & Allen Robinson. That would be a successful career for him.Pabst wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 3:01 pmbradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Tue Mar 19, 2024 11:20 pmColeman is the same 40 as a that of a guy we'd love in Black and gold... I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ohmegosh/Slurve for saving me the stress of not being able to help myself picking BPA at a position where I don't have so much need. Isaac has been BPA for me for like a full round, and I'd even endorse taking him higher than that. Tested off the charts, killed the Senior Bowl... going to go round 2.

And of course, my planned for two weeks pick at 84 was right there. Fuckin Pickett.
Nice OC pick, B2B. I feel like I say this at least every couple years, but I think I'd take this draft for the Steelers in a heartbeat.

Dig the Steelers selection of Brownlee, Jr. quite a bit. Kid is physical, and plays with swag.

Like Washington's selection of Trevin Wallace from Kentucky. Superior athlete.
Wallace's teammate, D'Eryk Jackson, is an intriguing old school, blow up a guard in the hole, thumper of a linebacker. Some of the hits he laid in the Gator Bowl vs. Clemson were wicked. He may not have the footspeed for today's game, or the appropriate number of fullbacks to splatter waiting for him at the next level, though. Still, D-Jack would be a Top 100 player if this were the mid 90s era of football.

Estimé may have lost a bit of his shine to some teams because of a slower than expected 40 yd dash. But, Carolina values this Golden Domer’s ability to serve as a bruiser next to, and occasionally lined up behind, Bryce Young.
Next year’s RB group looks great, but the Panthers are wanting to establish their rushing based attack this season.

I think Wallace is the best LB I've seen this year. I had him at the top of my wish list for my next pick!Steel Bingo wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2024 2:31 amLike Washington's selection of Trevin Wallace from Kentucky. Superior athlete.

Interested in a mild trade up depending upon how the next few picks go. If you're holding one of em, PM me in the AM.

If anyone (outside of b2b) has the ability to contact Gonzo (I PM'd him), please let him know he is on the clock. I appreciate it.

Looking to trade up from 4.120 for a 6th or a swap of 5th/7ths if there are any takers...

Gonzo (NYJ) has made his pick, we are all caught up, and tbsteel (4.113 BAL) is still on the clock.
Buffalo is also looking to move up.
Offering pick 6.189 to jump up from 4.128

6.211 and 4.120 is Philly's offer, but we could be talked into more. With 3 5ths, we can get creative.
