I was about to bitch about Highsmith at the half because he was fucking INVISIBLE the first 30 minutes, but something lit a fire under his ass in the second half.
He played like a man possessed.

Yep! Wasn't he supposed to go into the fetal position with all that against him? I'm pretty sure someone here has said that about him.

For What?! He & Scam were getting bulldozed all game long. Jets ran right at both of them and they got mauled and did nothing to stop the run.

I didn't notice that at all in the first half. At all.
Will definitely re-watch but Highsmith looked like a different player in the second half.
I think the whole defense got an earful at the half.
And Gojira above makes a great point. The Jets were running RIGHT AT Heyward and Highsmith in the first half and were gashing them for huge yards.

I had more of a problem with the play they called...an unimaginative plunge up the gut, and not even towards the left side where they hammered our D.
