Flacco to the Bengals
Imagine him beating the Packers as a Brown and then few weeks later as a Bengal

Maybe Steelers can bring Flacco in next year, that way he makes his way to every North team.

Browns QB room right now: 2 this year´s picks and uncuttable/untradeable Deshaun Watson. Interesting indeed.
stupid move by Bengals

Seriously, as desperate as the Bungs are, how could the Browns not get a better deal than this. At minimum they should have been able to keep the 6th. If Cincy doesn't like it they can pound sand - everyone saw their train wreck last Sunday and without a new QB they'd look like that every week.
I didn't want a start a new thread about this, but did everybody see Chris Jones' effort last night on Trevor Lawrence's game winning TD?

Apparently they didn't even ask about the availability of Russ Wilson or Jameis Winston, two guys who are probably better QBs right now.

They probably aren't going to admit it, but it seemed clear they were letting the JAGS score, betting that Mahomes with 30+ seconds and 3 TOs needing 3 pts was a better option than 1st and goal from the 1 1/2 yard line and letting JAX use up all the time and or TOs. When Lawrence fell down, guys weren't even trying to touch him, Jones didn't even rush, and the DB on the edge ole-d the tackle.K_C_ wrote: ↑Tue Oct 07, 2025 7:45 pmI didn't want a start a new thread about this, but did everybody see Chris Jones' effort last night on Trevor Lawrence's game winning TD?

Winston has a 2 year $8M contract and Flacco is 1 year $4M contract. Nuff saidbradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Tue Oct 07, 2025 7:47 pmApparently they didn't even ask about the availability of Russ Wilson or Jameis Winston, two guys who are probably better QBs right now.

Why wouldn’t they admit they were letting the Jags score? Other players seemed to be going all out except Jones. That dude didn’t even look interested. The amazing thing is that with the way Chris Jones plays (when he tries) he could very well have blown up that play and really had Lawrence and the Jags in a bind (and let’s face it: Trevor Lawrence definitely hasn’t established himself as anything resembling “clutch” to this point in his career. I wouldn’t have been at all surprised if he turned it over near the goal line like he did earlier in the game.bradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Tue Oct 07, 2025 7:49 pmThey probably aren't going to admit it, but it seemed clear they were letting the JAGS score, betting that Mahomes with 30+ seconds and 3 TOs needing 3 pts was a better option than 1st and goal from the 1 1/2 yard line and letting JAX use up all the time and or TOs. Yeah I’m not buying the Chiefs were letting Lawrence and the Jags score. It’s a lot more obvious when defenses allow an offense to score to get the ball back for their offense.

Frankly I think Chris Jones saw Lawrence on the ground had a brain fart and thought the play was over. Not an excuse just an explanation.

See, I was going to say the Bungles should've traded for Kenny so he could've had the AFCN Hat Trick (and garnered yet another team a 5th round pick).StillerDownSouth wrote: ↑Tue Oct 07, 2025 6:03 pmMaybe Steelers can bring Flacco in next year, that way he makes his way to every North team.

Flacco might not last a series behind that o-line.
