He has Mendoza going first overall to the Jets (Mendoza will probably commit suicide if chosen by the J-E-T-S Jets...and nobody could blame him.
The rest is pretty interesting, especially the Steelers and Dolphins pick (they need a fucking QB!)
Discuss.

The way things are going, looks like we will pick 19-25 (as usua). I hope if Taylen Green is there, Steelers should draft him. Not move up for another QB.
I remember all the talk around here was this will be the best QB draft class since Elway, Marino & Kelly. Arch was a shoe in for 1st QB taken. Trade all your draft capitol to get Arch. How times have changed

Arch looks like a 5th rounder to me.
He has a panic in his game, his uncles never had. Frankly, he reminds me of second year Kenny Pickett.
Very quick to panic in the pocket and tries to bail even when no one's near him. Sees ghosts.
I guess maybe that can be coached out of him, but the best QB's seem to have an internal calm to them.
They can sense pass rushers instinctively and I just don't see that in Arch. He obviously has tools but his pocket presence is terrible.

Wondering what the spin will be once Jibbs strikes out a second time drafting a QB in the 1st round.

Omar will be the fall guy. That's what he's there for.

Sadly, this is probably accurate since god forbid it couldn’t ever be the fault of our White Knight head coach.

Highly doubtful they’ll be drafting at 30.
I can see Rogers staying one more year, if the Steelers agree no QB this draft.
Then they can go bpa at WR or CB.
1.WR
2.CB
3a.DL
3b.LG
3c.FS
3d. comp DL
4a.LT
4b.comp DL
5.CB
6.WR
7.OLB

Good chance Rogers comes back if the Steelers finish fairly strong (make the playoffs)
Zero chance the Steelers will draft a QB in the first if that happens

Even if rodgers plans to come back (after saying he expected 2025 to be the last year), rd1 qb is the obvious direction. And i’d guess rodgers would be fine with it (more so than the Love pick).

Sadly, you're correct. This team will continue to kick the QB can down the road like the morons they are

So here's my only issue with "let's not draft another QB and hope AR will commit in an orderly and timely fashion." Will he continue to be the good citizen in Pittsburgh? After the Steelers go through the draft process and don't acquire a "top" asset at QB?
I'm less enamored with the class than I was before the start of the season, but there's some decent out there, and some decent that could be available when the Steelers pick, which, as mentioned, sure as HELL won't be 30th, though it'll be thoroughly dependent on who comes out.
We have some other needs, though, for sure.

If Arch comes out, I’m taking him. He looked good last week and I think he’ll be fine. If he could sit a year and learn behind Rodgers, that would be awesome. (As long as the Steelers say goodbye to Tomlin and the entire coaching staff, of course. If Tomlin survives, the Steelers should NOT take a QB. )
If not Arch, my early QB pick Beau Pribula is having a very good season and is his stock is rising. He might stay one more year though.
If he comes out and survives into round 2, I think he might be worth a pick.
