This TJ thing

This is now bordering on lingering and just weekly "Hey what is up type thing".......Steelers just signed practice squad player Jeremiah Moon from Panthers. That means this is still a thing and now Herbig is hurt too.

Before you know it he has missed the last four games of the season while "working through it".

Sux. Just hope he is OK. Getting a vibe that this may not end the way we all want

Unfortunately a collapsed lung that required surgery isn't just a "he's good to go" after the procedure type of thing. I believe the contact of a football game could cause the lung to collapse again without proper healing time.

I think we see him for ravens, assuming we need that one. If not, then for playoffs

That's my feeling. Hes out AT LEAST until the Ravens game. Even then that may be optimistic

So in the end, hopefully not, but NFL could lose Mahommes, Parsons, and Watt the same week

Tomlin not even knowing if Watt was in the building is like a planned avoidance in thought and in mind

I think there is a lot about this to be resolved

I don’t think he’s coming back unless medically cleared and that isn’t soon

Watt is almost certainly being pushed to sue the team behind closed doors by the NFLPA.

Why would he come back? You think TJ gives a shit about the playoffs?

Would it even matter that much on its own? TJ isn't the player he was a few years ago. He's replacable. Herbig being out an extended period too is what will hurt the D. Better hope China doll Highsmith can stay healthy and Jack Sawyer plays out of his mind. Maybe Leal will actually make a play for the first time in his career.

Highsmith's a waste? Serious?? You're one of the guys who no longer watches, right?

I was referring to TJ, not highsmith

I watch and suffer through like the other 99%

Sorry, my mistake.

And as I've oft said, we don't enjoy these games, we suffer through and hope we're happy in the end. Except for some of us losses, equate happiness now… Never understand.

Schefter alluding to Watts timetable. Murky

I will still say we will not see him

After missing two games due to a partially collapsed lung, T.J. Watt's return to play remains murky and uncertain, sources tell Adam Schefter. Watt's focus has been on getting healthy from his partially collapsed lung; returning to play is secondary, and has not been his focus. Doctors will assess how he feels next week to see if there's even a chance to play in Week 17, but ideally Watt gets more time to recover from his lung injury that resulted in him being ruled out of Sunday's game.
