I don't have anything against Jack Sawyer, he's just not very good. He is on a different athletic plane entirely from Nick Herbig, let alone Penei Sewell. Do you think he's a good NFL player? Based on what?

I dunno, B2B...as I said, you know this way better than me. They don't seem reluctant to play him...how does he compare vs run to Herbig?

Sawyer has some strength-- he's kinda like a AAAA First Baseman who doesn't hit for power–it's a position where you really should be the best athlete on the team in order to be better than average. He's maybe better than a college player but when I watch him, I don't see a run defender who holds his gaps or gets off blocks as well as Herbig, and I don't think Herbig would ever be considered a great run defender.

Emmanuel Sanders had just cooked the best CB on the planet in the prior meeting and drew a penalty and caught a 20 yard pass before breaking his foot in this game. That was a huge loss for PIT not only in this game but in the Super Bowl, a game where they needed to crank the offense to 11 in order to keep up with a red-hot Rodgers.

Well, fingers crossed he's hitting for power tomorrow. Didn't he have a penchant for big plays at Ohio state?

Did Jason Gildong have a penchant for the dong sack? Do stopped clocks tell time twice a day?
