For the ones here who want to talk about the game and how Steelers win.
Texans Defense is good. Man though. I watched them today for gambling purposes and a rookie qb played pretty well against them. I think their coach though started benching starters the more the Jax game got our of control.
DK back. Can only help.
Stroud can be Mid.
How bout a little weather to help the Black and Gold.
Steelers currently underdog at home in the playoffs against the Houston Texans. That seems weird to say. Maybe a little motivation edge? Shouldn't need it for the playoffs but still.
Rogers has seen it all come playoff time. Hopefully that helps.
Defense needs to put together four strong quarters.
How about a novel concept of getting off to a fast start in a playoff game. Tomlin you listening?
Anyone else? I'm sure people will give their snarky comments but if anyone wants to give some more points would like to hear it.
So Houston. Wild Card game

We need to have that priest sprinkle the holy water over the entire field and our secondary, throw some on the jogger too

Right now… It's hard for me to see the Steelers winning this game, but I'm sure as the week goes on. I'll convince myself that they will.
This defense is so suffocating with such a savage pass rush… And we know for all of his greatness, that Aaron doesn't like getting hit… And it was the lack of the past rush by Baltimore and premised his success last night.
Steelers will need a massive defensive effort, and let's hope that DK being back makes a difference offensively
All that said though… I watched the entire Houston game yesterday and I don't think they rested a lot of defensive guys and Riley Leonard hung a bunch of points up on them. I almost would've preferred that they lost that game and Steelers draw Buffalo first round.

You mean like scoring a point in the first quarter?rooneytunes wrote: ↑Mon Jan 05, 2026 7:25 amFor the ones here who want to talk about the game and how Steelers win.

73-0 combined 1st qtr score of our last 6 playoff games.
Fucking embarassing. Yet that smug mother fucker demonstratively blew a kiss into the camera last night and pounded his chest despite almost narrowly blowing the division.
Fuck Tomlin
