What is everyone moves at these spots. First will be the coaching Staff. Next the offense. And finally the Defense. Would love to hear Everyone thoughts.

No coaching changes will be made. It was all just execution.

"how do you feel about your team's execution?"

"I'm all for it."

Rest in peace, Johnny Mac

I'm still savoring the smell of this disgusting display of football.

I will be chuckling to myself for a week.

Here ya go.

New coach and new young QB, top priorities...not sure where they are going to find a QB though, best plan might be to trade out of 1st round this year to load up ammo for next year and roll with Will Howard next season and hope for a top 3 pick in 2027 and another top 10 pick with whoever they trade with.

Not true.
Austin is the designated scapegoat for this offseason. Even it's, ya know, Tomlin's own defense that got it's shit pushed in

This team only looks at the next game. A move like that is far too forward thinking for them. Especially with the draft in Pittsburgh.

They need their rah rah moment.

Can they still void DK? If so, he should be gone. Save the cap space. Draft 2 and sign another.

Coaching staff gone. Everyone. Bring in Kubiak and let him choose the staff.

It will be near impossible, but try to dump TJ's contract. The Cowboys? I'd take a 3rd at this point.

Send Cam packing. He's got more than enough for his family to eat.

Clean house of the marginal talent. That should be 10+ guys easily off the top of my head.

Bring in Malik Willis or Mac Jones for a few years. Do not draft a QB early in this draft. Ty Simpson is a bum. Wait until 27. Or just give Will Howard a chance next year. (Not going to happen)

Tons of cap space and a lot of picks. Should be somewhat appealing to a young up and coming head coach.

All a dream though....
In their current state, I hate everything about this organization.

The DK and TJ contracts look really problematic for the near future. Getting probably double the value they put on tape.

Try to trade Watt ,Metcalf, and Heyward, for anything to get rid of those contracts.( doubtful)

Trade out of the first round for a first in 2027 would be ideal.(doubtful) Keep the picks you have. Open QB competition between Bibbity and Howdy Dowdy.
Go 2-15 for 2027 draft.Switch to 4-3.
2026
1.CB
2.DE
3a.WR
3b.LG
3c.DT(Run stuffer)
3d.CB (slot)
4aLT
4b.WR
5.ILB(run stuffer)
6.DE
7.RB (Gainwell clone)

2027 draft a QB without having to move up or at least not having to give up a ton of picks.

1.QB
2.WR
3.S
4DE
5.CB
6.RT
7.OG
