Sad to hear of his death. I was in Memphis, Tenn. one year on a bit of a blues and jazz trip. I noticed a guy outside the Peabody Hotel with a Browner jersey on. I said, "hey, he's a great player!" and then he looked straight on at me. "Yep" he said. It was actually him..lol Cool dude and a great player like most of his family.

He was a good done. I remember his large elbow pads he always wore.
