Pens vs Canadiens (11/27/21)

Not doing a write up because I have 2 infants with Hand Foot & Mouth. Currently running on 2 hours of sleep and just finished my first pot of coffee.

The Habs suck, and they lost to Buffalo last night. Just win. No excuses.

Thanks! They should be fine; the doc just said that we shouldn't expect much sleep over the next few nights.

Pabst Jr #1 was running a fever yesterday, but it didn't really hit them until about 11 last night. The worst part about a crying baby in the middle of the night is not knowing what's wrong. Not that we know what's up, that will at least alleviate the anxiety.

Good thing we played the Islanders when we did, the league just shut them down for the rest of the month.

Pabst, hope the kiddies get better quickly.

Hand foot mouth is a bitch. That crap swept through my one year old’s daycare like wildfire.

He shouldn`t have been cheating so deep but that was not a smart pass by Crosby.

I’ve only been able to watch some scattered minutes here and there so far this season, but man has Sid looked pedestrian when I have been able to watch.

Hope I’m off base, and if I’m not, hope he can get his groove back soon.

I don't think the wrist is close to 100%
They limited his FO`s when he came back.

Pens have not been good in front of DeSmith tonight.

Even if you a bottom team, if you bring it for 60 minutes and get great tending any team in the NHL can beat any other team.
Then again, the Birdies were so sloppy in their own end that I'm sure Sully is still fuming this morning about the comical effort his team gave DeSmith last night.
Talk about 50 shots on goal all you want but if you treat the puck like a grenade for 60 minutes in front of your own net you are playing with fire.

I keep talking about Jarry and his stellar play but Rodrigues is really carrying too much of the offensive load right now. He very well could score 20 goals this year which is kind of crazy.
This team is almost healthy sans a one big piece but they are struggling with balanced scoring right now.

Matt Murray on waivers.

That's exactly where my kids got it.

They've been up every 2 or 3 hours for the last two nights. It doesn't seem that bad, all things considered. We're just hitting them with the bottle and baby Tylenol and they've gone back down relatively well.

Is this a one and done thing? Or is it like the flu where they can get it every damn year....

Hey. Kids ok? All good?

Cheers.
Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Thanks for asking. May have spoke too soon when I told Orange this wasn't so bad....

I think Baby A is more or less back to normal He hasn't had a fever since Sunday morning; he's still getting up at night, but I can get him back down fairly easily.

Baby B has been a trainwreck over the past 2 nights. He'll be inconsolable for about 30-60 minutes, then sleep for about 2 hours, then repeat the process. It took 2 days to get over the hump with the first case, so I'm hoping this evening is better.

One thing I've learned over the last 6 months of being a dad - once you figure something out, the issue has either 90% resolved on its own, or these little shits throw you another curveball. But what can you do....I signed up for this
