1701 regular season points for Sid, not just a couple dozen behind 66.
Nice win for the Pens tonight vs the Blues.

They have so much fight in them so far this year. I love it.bradshaw2ben wrote: ↑Tue Oct 28, 2025 3:34 am1701 regular season points for Sid, not just a couple dozen behind 66.

By the way, Malkin is leading the lead in points right now with 16. Granted, 13 of those are from assists, but I don't think that diminishes what he's doing, at all. It's like I said in one of the other game threads, having two other guys who are competent and skilled is working wonders for him (who would have imagined?). Instead of needing to create room for himself and basically do anything, he can play a smarter and more opportunistic game, and he's doing it very well.
Then you have Sid at #5 in points (7G, 7A).
Again, I expect some regression to the mean at some point, and probably some point soon. But it's still great to see.
Only bad news is Rakell is out 6-8 weeks. That hurts. Be interesting to see how they respond. I've seen some speculation he could be traded for a younger piece or two.
