By the time the clock strikes 11:59pm in Baltimore on the 11th of January, this will be all we have for months.
I like this draft class. It's nice to be at this point of the draft season and feel like there is a lot of available talent.
On the flip side, there isn't much that can make the Steelers relevant next year. I'm feeling like we're going to be living Groundhog Day for at least another season or two.
Revel seems like he could fall into range, which would be a steal.

Just my way getting a little more familiarity with prospects before our annual mock….
This is one time, my hope is…, you’re wrong about the Steelers relevance for 2025.
A lot can happen between January 11 and start of the season that can redirect their season.
I’m cup half full type hoping for pleasant surprises instead of unpleasant surprises.

With a trade-down. Starting to identify some guys in some rounds that I like (other than Buckeyes, which are likeable in every round

), and possibly coming around to the idea that Dart might be this year's version of Bo Nix (guy I didn't get a great vibe about who turned out to be a pretty serviceable/good NFL QB). Hey, in a world where Kenny Pickett is a Super Bowl Champion, gotta keep taking shots for a QB.

Not sure I would draft Walker in the 2nd. He looked sloppy as hell at the senior bowl. One of the biggest losers of the week.
On board with everyone else.

The next one, Mason Graham fell to 21, changed my math a little. Speaking of things that won't happen.
Hurt a little bit hitting the draft button, but I closed my eyes and thought of the Natty.

I had that happen as well when i was playing with a trade down scenario. I moved to 32 and he was still there

I would be less of a fan of the DLs because they are both run stoppers. Neither offers any pass rush.

I would love getting Henderson in the 2nd but feel disappointed that they get one late round DT in a epic draft for DTs.
I still think it will be another trenches draft but on the defensive side.
side note: While it is stunning as a Steeler fan to see them with lots of money to play with in FA, I saw that they were below $50K in dead money.

You missed that I was trolling.
Have you ever known me to be truthful in the run up to the draft? I'm obnoxious that way.

I do not think Pearce falls that far. Mike Green might and he has played OLB before or at least pass rushed from a standing position but he as Character red flags which is why he would fall. I would hate Leonard unless you are thinking he is a TE. He is really not worth drafting.
