Pirates find a new way to suck

Post by jeemie » Thu May 27, 2021 7:10 pm

Watch this:

Keep in mind there were TWO OUTS.

ALL that needed to be done was to step on the first base bag and the inning was over with no runs scored.

Instead two runs ended up scoring.

I coached little league baseball for 18 years and I’ve never seen anything so butt fucking stupid in my life. Not even from 8 and 9 year olds. Someone should be fired...

"Someone" ... Hmmm ... perhaps, someone whose name both rhymes with --- and is synonymous with --- the bolded??

PS. Yes I'm Nostradamus; as soon as I saw trending on twitter was "This is the best thing that's ever happened in Major League Baseball," I KNEW it would be "highlights" vid of another jaw-dropping Pirates gaffe ...

I laughed my ass off when I saw this. Give the Bucs credit... it is better to suck and be entertaining than to suck and be boring. This was entertaining! Great comedy!

Possibly the worst play in the history of baseball.

Who does a rundown between home and first?

I would cut him just to send a message.

Just insane. Will Craig looks overmatched at the ML level. Unfortunately.

Not sure how to embed YouTube videos, but here's the Will Craig play as narrated by the Urinating Tree. Anthony Rizzo laughing is exactly what the entire baseball world is doing to Nutting's Pirates.

Unfortunately, the entire Pirates organization, top to bottom, looks overmatched at the ML level.

I have a philosophical question.

If the Pirates played a baseball game, but nobody cared enough to watch it, would they still suck?

I'm leaning towards Pirates suckage as being an indelible property of this part of the space-time continuum...

And the Cubs, rightfully so, are laughing their asses off in the dugout.

Did they put dog poop on first base or something?

Because our guys don’t want to touch it,

You'd think the fundamentals would be learned at least in Single A ball.

So what is it now, ten in a row?

What a pathetic organization.
