While certain teams have reached out to the Packers to inquire about Aaron Rodgers this off-season, no team has made a trade offer for him, per source.

I'm sure the Broncos are kicking themselves for trading for Teddy Bridgewater right about now.
He better not end up in New England.
He better not end up in New England.
Maybe he’ll retire and get on with his life’s work...Jeopardy host.

He supposedly went over really well as the host.
Might not be all that "out there" a thought.

From unimpeachable source: As of last night, Aaron Rodgers’ wish list was 49ers, Broncos, Raiders (not necessarily in that order). He wanted Packers to take the 49ers’ offer. Next move by Rodgers is TBD.

I have been enjoying the pain and suffering of Packers fans today since this news broke.

Hmm, the timing is interesting.
What is he pissed about? The direction of the team(ignoring WR's in last years draft, taking a QB with a premium pick) or is it that the Packers want to restructure his contract and he wants an extension?

He's been done with them since they drafted Love.fractalsteel wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:43 pmHmm, the timing is interesting.

Done.
Even his teammates have said he's looking to fuck the Packers.
Now Rodgers is doing it.

Possibly and he has leverage but if he wanted out why discuss an extension with the team?K_C_ wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:50 pmHe's been done with them since they drafted Love.fractalsteel wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:43 pmHmm, the timing is interesting.

LMFAO.....I just remembered it was the days immediately before the draft when he claimed "unimpeachable sources" told him PIT was shopping Ben.Pabst wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:25 pmThis is too good not to share:

Signing that extension is something entirely different.

OK...I watched a ridiculous YouTube video last night that claimed the Steelers were trading Chase Claypool to the Packers for Dillon and their 1 and 2 picks.Kodiak wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 10:31 pmLMFAO.....I just remembered it was the days immediately before the draft when he claimed "unimpeachable sources" told him PIT was shopping Ben.Pabst wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:25 pmThis is too good not to share:

I love Claypool, but I’d make that deal in a second...of course it’s just horseshit!

I think Aaron Rodgers would be more comfortable in San Francisco, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN

Why would Aaron Rodgers want to transition to a tech career, though?
“Being a fan is fine, but there is a line you can cross that makes it really unhealthy,” said Ken Yeager, PhD, a mental health expert in the department of psychiatry at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Looks like Rodgers-gate is gaining some traction today. Rumor is that he's trying to get to Denver via trade and it might be close to happening.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports it is a "serious consideration" that Aaron Rodgers retires rather than return to the Packers.
That is "unless the situation is repaired to his liking." It is unclear if that means trade at all costs or leaves open the possibility of a new contract. As Rapsheet points out, a "retired" Rodgers would immediately have to repay $11.5 million of his signing bonus, and another $11.5 million if he remains retired next year. Even for a man of Rodgers' immense means, that does not seem terribly likely. We are barely 24 hours into this saga and Rodgers is already playing all his cards. The Packers, meanwhile, are hinting they are prepared to go "full Carson Palmer" and force Rodgers to either play or sit out.

All well and good but forcing him to play doesn't guarantee performance if he does not want to be there.DP39 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 9:49 pmLooks like Rodgers-gate is gaining some traction today. Rumor is that he's trying to get to Denver via trade and it might be close to happening.

I love this. My youngest was born in GB. He and the eldest always be talking GB shit. But you know..it is just such a f'n shame that not even Aaron Rodgers likes GB (with reason). For one, who in their right minds would want to live in Trashtown let alone play there.. For another I will not have to hear this "Aren't we so fortunate that after Brett Favre we had Aaron Rodgers" shit anymore. 3rdly. Fuck GB!
