Gonna need to see a local Swissvale bar and restaurant review section added, but otherwise, looks great, Swiss. Bookmarked it and will pop back in from time to time.

I 2nd this idea. Making the 5hr trek into the burgh for 30 years, some of the best eats I’ve had in the city are from posters here and yourself included. Thanks again for your tips on Vinnys pizza. 👍🏻👍🏻 took a long time to get there but it was worth it. Sadly, Long after Vinny had passed. Found Pamelas a few years ago and finally made it to Dalucas last year.

Thanks again Swiss for the years of food tips and more importantly your posts/stories of your Steeler experiences. I’ve always enjoyed them.

Thought of you this weekend. Went back to Pittsburgh for the BikePGH. Saw the Edgewood/ Swissvale turnoffs on the Parkway.

Always our shortcut exit if it looks like the Parkway is looking backed up heading to Squirrel Hill/Shadyside (and it almost always is).

We always called the grease in the middle of the pan "The Filet de Vince". Dunking the crust was always the best part.
