Looks like Van Jefferson was demoted for Austin

He did play special teams though

Steelers took all the fight out the Chargers. They physically abused them in 2nd half.

MOF throwing finally and what a difference it made.
We were able to show the other Harbaugh how AFCN football is played... attrition football at its best!

It was nice to see Austin getting chances and also preforming well.

He's been great this year! Lot of people were wrong about him.
Hand raised!
Here too. Hope he keeps it up
No one doubts Cam is great in September / October. Let's see him do this in January...

Van Jefferson is complete trash though - austin should be always above him

I thought ahead and made sure this made it to Maui.

Had to be good for something today… 😃

What a second half…

Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 82 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

How much longer do the Titans stay with the awful Will Levis before they turn to Mason Almighty to save them?

Looking at the Steelers schedule, I wouldn't be surprised if the Steelers are 7-2 or better after week 10 absent significant injury. The first 9 opponents look even weaker than they did before the season started? No one really scary- maybe old man Rodgers.

Good win. I know I'm a homer, but Fields has gotten better with reps. Hit 8 different receivers today, keeping a plus completion percentage. Did have the INT, but mostly very good ball today.
And honestly that was a freak INT, it's not like he threw it right at a defender.

It was a dumb decision by Fields 100%.

He locked on to a covered receiver and threw him a Paul Skenes level fastball 5 yards away.

Thankfully, Fields has made 1 dumb decision in 3 games this season.

I'll take it.

Both.

He threw a bad pass into coverage. Usually the ball doesn't bounce off 3 players before getting picked by a back up OLB.

He threw into tight coverage. If Fields is going to do that? PIckens is the only option. It was a bad throw, yes bit unlucky but poor decision.

Agreed. Fields knew he was forcing it there, which is why he was trying to throw it low. Just a little unlucky it got up in the air like that.

Be nice to see a few deeper tosses, but it shows comparative improvement from previous charts.

That might have been the most downfield throws between the numbers in three years.

Yeah. Imagine what might be without all the wide runs and tosses to Najee 7 yards behind the line until the 4th quarter.

If Fields' balls ever drop this year we might have something.

He's really holding this team back.

So many bad decisions.
You can certainly be myopic

If you can’t identify his weaknesses, I don’t know what to tell you.

Of his first read is open, great.

After that, it’s good luck
He made a bunch of quality throws going through his progressions today.

Made one bad decision off his first read.

One.

Fields is playing very good football. You don't like him.

The good news is with every week, Fields is looking better.

You seem to think he's a finished product and he isn't.

Najee punishing runs are part of why the Steelers won today. It was beautiful to watch.

Yes the one that got me was the toss with 3 defenders there

Did the chargers gain any yards in the 2nd half? The announcers were saying late that they had negative yards in the 2nd half. Or were they talking about just 1 of the components of offensive yards?

-5 yards for the Bolts in the second half and the Steelers had 5 sacks also in the second half.

Someone will have to explain to me the rotating guard stuff with Anderson and McCormick.

Anderson's tape at guard has not be good. I mean, this is one way for McCormick to get his feet wet I suppose, but still, rotating guards? Just doesn't make sense to me. I thought McCormick looked fine when he was in, just roll with him.
