Hey fellas... I got dinged up at football this AM-- not serious but it threw off my schedule a little bit. Thanks to Jizz for setting it up.
Dude, you're pushing 60 right? Might wanna think about hanging them up.
Haha. Im gonna tell the guys I play with you said that! They'd laugh.

Today was just me being overly cautious about bumping my head. I am 60 going on 61, but I'm a bit of a freak of nature. I'll quit before I'm the worst guy on the field. Still going.

Glad to hear Tomlin isn't overly concerned.
2 TDs down, and our defense has stifled them on the last 2 drives. Been moving the ball in the last 2 drives.

Don’t need to throw the baby out with the bath water.

Better first down plays and we win. More creativity with Fields and maybe a trick play or 2 and we win.
We have trick play in our offensive playcalling :?:

No helmet today. He may sniff the field around Halloween.

We're going to see an end-around from Patterson, but he's going to throw it to Pickens for a TD

Fields blows.

This is who he is
Steelers suck today but Fields is waaaayyy down on this list.
You mean the double clutching sacks are good plays for you?
Receiver was covered, what do you want him to do? he’s been on the money of every pass except the dump off to Najee. He’s playing against the Colts and his own coaching staff. They would’ve had 10 points if Pickens didn’t throw the ball to the Colts. Fields is way down on the list of fuck ups today. He’s probably not even on it.

I think Patterson is out. We broke him after 5-6 straight runs.

Hope we start our key first possession of the 2nd half w a slow developing run by Najee for 1 yard

I’d like us to send a message that we came with a plan and we will make it work even if we lose

We keep saying "attack downfield", but then almost every time they do the pass pro doesn't hold up.

Would be easy to use injuries as an excuse, but I don't think Pat Meyer is earning his paycheck.
Oddly, we can't do shit and then Patterson runs for about 75 yards on one drive now we can't run again.

Problem is that down 14 you can't milk the clock while on offense. Leaves no margin for error at all. We have to gamble.
As many sphincter clenching, risk averse gameplans as MT draws up, we can go all-in on about 5 drives with Fields.

Need 3 TDs, probably have 4 to 5 possessions to achieve this. I'm not optimistic, but you never know.

Yeah, he’s pulled a Kenny Picket and moved into the sack twice
No, PIckett would have bailed to his left on both of those plays before pressure even showed up.

Sometimes he would have made a play, sometimes he would have fucked up.

I like seeing Fields stay in the pocket and running forward when he can.

This isn't on him. The o-line is getting tooled.

It's no coincidence btw that Patterson ran well and Najee didn't. A) Patterson has vision and Najee is blind and B) Patterson still has more burst through the hole at his old age than Najee ever did.

Waiting to hear DeMarvin Leal's name called for Pittsburgh against the Colts. Was reading that he has an inner LaMarr Woodley that is ready to launch.

Well it was still a good review
They caught a break on the play before that... I think Justin Fields' heel was up and past the LOS when he threw. I was surprised it wasn't reviewed, at least.

I think Fields knew or was told to HTFU and snap. Kudos to whoever takes credit for the quick snap.

True... and you can't blame him for not being good at what he's not good at. It's up to the coaches to let him do what he does well.

Every drive has to include Najee up the middle for 2.

Offense is awful. Slow, plodding and extremely predictable

So not totally Matt Canada but really not that far off
