Sacks this season by Watt + sacks by Heyward + receiving yards by WRs other than Metcalf today = 0.

Every time I get worried about Watt he makes a play. In this game, they weren’t just chipping. The TE stayed on him and the RT dropped back to handle him after he beat the TE. The Steelers needed to take advantage of that.

6 straight games with no sacks and little impact

He's clearly on the downside of his career.
Was pretty clear last year. Would have large swaths of games where he was invisible.

Teryl Austin and Mike Tomlin ARE A COMPLETE JOKE

To be fair, Austin is just hiding the clipboard to Tomlin. It’s Tomlin’s defense.

We have allowed the most points in the league through 2 weeks. I think a bottom 10 scoring defense for the year is in the works.

He should’ve had a sack at a key point in this game. Darnold grounded the ball but no call.
He also had a couple TFL and a pass defense last game.

Can we make Mike Tomlin, Pat Meyer, and Teryl Austin inactive for a while? Like the rest of eternity?

I do think he is probably more pro bowl instead of all world right now. But saying invisible isn’t right.

I don't think so but I think Trey Sermon or Lew Nichols deservers their chance.
Now.
I had high hopes for the Kaleb Johnson pick.
I think he needs to watch the rest of the year.

Benton had 0 tackles until the final couple minutes of the game. The only play he made is when he broke into the backfield and the RB stiff armed him to the ground. Another total loser.

New England could be coming off a big win in Miami.
Tua has just over a minute to get a TD.

Steelers need the opponent to turn the ball over to have a chance. A relatively clean game and they will be over matched. This team looks old and in the way..not going to get better as the season wears on, injuries pile up and the old legs cant keep up. Rodgers is takinng too many hits and tackles already..what a mess but not a surprise in any way unfortunately.

Yeah I can't wait to read a bunch of fluff articles about how the brutal film sessions with the defense led to them realizing their problems and that EVERYTHING WILL BE FIXED THIS WEEK AGAIN! WE MEAN IT THIS TIME!

Honestly think this is gonna be the year NHALS finally dies. This team is just not very good in any aspect. Defense got gashed today, offense is led by a guy who is legit on his last legs with an offensive line that so far hasn't performed as well as an elite college team, and special teams. We have exactly one serious receiving threat. Warren is a good back but not elite. I just don't see this team making a serious run this year at all.

What the hell is Johnson doing returning kicks? He's a fat back RB NOT a speedy returner.
In theory he was supposed to replace Najee as our power runner and through 2 games he has 8 kick returns and 2 carries as a RB. Of course those 2 carries netted a whopping minus one yards. That said, if, like Harris, he needs to get touches to get going then one carry per game isn't going to cut it.

We need to lose up at New England and then get obliterated in Ireland against the Vikings.
Be bad enough early enough so that they don't trade our draft assets for next year trying to salvage this season.

I 100% agree.
CAIII or someone with some wiggle and speed.
Can't risk Warren so I would elevate Trey Sermon even though I like Lew Nichols more as a RB.
