Okay didn't know you could kill a QB in the pocket with a horse collar.
Yup. Legal in the pocket. Bad rule. Could be dangerous.

Horrific rule and I'm someone who believes that QB's are over-protected.

28 -3 would have been better.

I'm almost over it. Lol
Get over it.

The NFL has a plethora of seemingly contradictory rules.
True. But they always seem to go against the defense. And I like defense more than offensive.
Hey you really wanna complain, realize that many smart STs have used this rule today to get the ball at the 40 after a kickoff.

Kickoff comes down near the sideline inside the five. If it's returned, you're likely down inside the 20. But smart STers have stepped OOB and then touched the ball and then bam! Free kick OOB penalty.

Glad to see A-Rod survive that sack. The way he was tossed was almost cartoonish.

That's a fucking horse collar.
Certainly should have been

Unless there is some secret verbiage that absolves that play against QBs in the pocket

Special teams again.
I'm really tired of hearing how Smiff is one of the top special teams coaches in the league. Yeah they get a splash play now and again, but his units consistently fuck up the basics, like blocking and tackling, or even understanding the fucking rules.

What is this like 6 blocked kicks in the past week plus?

I wonder if STs have been practicing to fight back against how easy FGs are becoming with the new K Ball rules.

Thank God Jefferson stumbled or that was a TD.

Kinda wild how Wentz went from looking like a guy who could've been the face of the league and a MVP contender to what he is now. The NFL is hard y'alls.

Very proud of the defensive effort in the first half.

Gonna need at least as good an effort in the second.
