A certain Coach T blew Najee off when he was asked for help as a rookie.

He is a lazy bastard, I think that's obvious. He's accustomed to vets who don't need help, so he can go off and do whatever the hell he does.

Does he even game plan? I'd love to see his schedule.

I started chirping this YEARS ago. Back then though there were oh so many Jibbs ball washers that couldn’t fathom that he was lazy.

Oh he’s a football junkie. He’s always watching tape. Blah blah blah.

Jibbs is one lazy motherfucker and there is no disputing that.

I have zero doubt he might spend a fair amount of time of time in the building. I’m sure he’s even watching film.

But much of what he does is Jibbin and jabberin. He might watch hours of film on a team and come away with a considerable amount of information about what that team is doing. He isn’t dumb in that regard.

But then he will resort to “do what we do” and make it all bout execution while mailing in the same stale do what we do game plan he does every week.

He’s a fraud. A well oiled fraud that can deliver mediocrity with the precision of a Rolex.

Far too consistent to fire but always overmatched when it matters.

I don't think he even watches much film. He has talked multiple times in the past about breaking the season up into quarters and how teams evolve. So he only watches the last 4 weeks of film.

In terms of offensive football, Juju already spelled it out years ago. He had never had real offensive coaching before he went to KC under Reid.
