Texans, Chargers, Bills -- Who Kills us in Rd 1?

Post by franco32 » Mon Dec 22, 2025 1:24 pm

Looking at the next two weeks, the Chargers have two very tough games...including against the Texans. The Bills have a tough one with the Eagles. There are so many different combinations possible, but if we can beat lowly Cleveland, we will likely face one of these 3 teams in the Wild Card.

Sure we all want a 7th Lombardi but we all know that isn't happening. Given that Steelers Best Interest is a humiliating playoff loss leading to Tomlin stepping down, who guarantees that more?

Bills for sure. They are inconsistent this year but when Allen gets going they are impossible to stop. The Steelers could potentially win a rock fight (16-13 slop fest) with the Texans and I don't trust Herbert.

Steelers are most likely getting the Bills and will most likely get their asses kicked again unless Josh Allen gets hurt.

I prefer the matchup with the chargers, too...and least prefer the Bills. But....Browns came damn close to beating the Bills yesterday. Root like hell for the Eagles in Buffalo on Sunday...keep Bills at 6 or 7 seed.

Tomlin is not stepping down. The team just set an NFL record for non-losing seasons. Another two and Tomlin ties Landry. For Rooney, I think that’s more important than another Lombardi.

Bills. Chargers vs Texans on Saturday is basically 5th place playoff. And Buffalo has also 2 home matches remaining, in Week 18 they face Jets.

But could the Aaron Rodgers redemption script trump them all?

Why is SBI a "humiliating playoff loss?" Is that what you're rooting for?

Some of us realize this bafoon calling the shots isn’t winning a SB here.

So bad things are good as it shines light on said bafoon.

These three bags have been explained to you and yet you act asi fits the first time yo Be heard it each and every time.

Given we’ve now won 3 in a row which destroyed any chance of an epic late season collapse it’s now a 100% given that Jibba is back.

And if he squeaks out a playoff win he will likely get extended.

He firmly believe Dunce cares about dumb shit like beating Landry’s meaningless record. The mean, does anyone even talk about it unless brining up Jibbs?

Nobody gives a fuck about such dumb shit.

But hey, you’ll get an extra week of football and if you are super lucky maybe even two.

Forget winning a championship though. Dat ain’t happening with this staff.

whoever they play - it comes down to TOs ... they get them they have a chance ... they don't they lose.
an THAT is what will doom them. Because Tomlin will not do ANYTHING early in the game that has any extra risk of TO. they will do the same things they do and the other team will not.

They have won this year on excessive opponent TO games and wi h help from the refs

plus - if a team can get pressure in rodgers with just 4 they are in BIG trouble
