I won’t throw shit at him, but I won’t cheer if they bring him back for old timers night. I think he’s earned a silent crowd sitting on their hands if you will.

They can sub Omar Epps for Mike Tomlin appreciation night to top it all off how it began

He's going to the HOF and he should be celebrated for all the good years he had here. A lot of good memories he was a part of.

Macro wise and ignoring all of the individual fuck ups (which are lengthy, especially the last 5-7 years), he hung on a few years too long, and he was arrogant and inflexible. But hell, so are a lot of other coaches.

Props to him for stepping down and realizing it wasn't working.

But man, comparing what he got handed when he started to the f'n mess he's left for his successor is night and day. He really put us in a bad spot.

He will be well received.

He will probably ensure he is with Ben or Clark or Harrison or Troy when he is brought into a field.

He'll be greeted well unless he were to go to a direct rival.
Have any Steelers coaches gone on to coach another team after their stay with the Steelers?

Unless he's coaching. We will know in 2 years when they honor the 20 year anniversary of the 2008 Super Bowl team. And he will be with those dudes and the crowd will go crazy in a good way.
