And the big mistake that these guys are making is that women don't value beauty as much as men.

It’s typical minding. Looks matter in a mate to both men and women but they matter more to men. A potential mate being super competent matters to both men and women but it matters a lot more to women.

The problem both genders make is confusing what they want for what the opposite sex primarily wants in them.
