Back in the day, even with Lebeau, the defense was usually good for 1 WTF drive per game, often early.

I’m actually happy our defense is getting abused.
It’s time they get exposed for the frauds they are. Outside of Watt and Highsmith we have holes everywhere

Any of those lineman illegally down field before pass on that screen?

Lol, no, I would never bet on a Mike Tomlin coached team to win. I’m pleasantly surprised with any win we get. But, on the positive side, if we were to get blown out by a Houston team missing it’s entire starting o-line then maybe, just maybe, the national media will start calling out this dullard for his complete and utter ineptitude

If I'm Houston, I don't throw a single pass until Pitt shows they can stop it. This is what doomed dumb ass Cleveland.
“Being a fan is fine, but there is a line you can cross that makes it really unhealthy,” said Ken Yeager, PhD, a mental health expert in the department of psychiatry at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
You may not be wrong. I had really convinced myself they were elite, but you're right they have holes everywhere. I think they've given up 400, or very close, in each game. They've been anything but good against the run. It really has only been turnovers and plays from Watt/Highsmith getting them off the field.Orangesteel wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 5:10 pmI’m actually happy our defense is getting abused.

Great game plan to start. Vintage Tomlin.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

Immediately I’m pissed off
Can’t fucking stand watching this team

Just give them the fucking TD so we can unleash our epic offense.

If you can't stop the run, you're going to have problems. The only reason Cleveland lost is bc they stupidly stopped running when Chubb when out.Kodiak. wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 5:12 pmYou may not be wrong. Right now we’re amping up for an offensive explosion. What do you think Canada has scripted for us to take advantage of their defense?

If you are an OC, you get the ball out quickly like Watson was doing two weeks ago and get some balls in space and there are holes all over our defense. We have ILBs that can’t cover, CBs that can’t cover, slow plodding DLs, and really only one solid safety. How is that a legit defense?

Run up the middle for 1 yard. Run to the left for 2 yards. Incomplete pass. Punt

Not shocked at all that a first year QB/OC combo in only their 4th game was able to come out and take a dump on Jibbs vaunted defense right out the gate.
Meanwhile Canada/KP….
Wonder if they’ve got a 3 & out up their sleeve. Will see…
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 85 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.
I put my face in my hands and cry... watching the bills and fins play design, play calling, rhythm, pace, timing, uncertainty of play call, run / pass mix, etc...
