Well…. Not entirely true brick. Just to name a few.
Cousins has been a name circulating this cycle as an option.
Garoppolo is also another name I’m reading this cycle as an option.
Then there’s the Dobbs storyline. Released recently could also be an option.
Are they part of the plan or added because ARod is being an ass?
do you believe they went into this FA season with a deadline to sign ARod then move to #2 or #3?

No. But whatever they decide to pay Rodgers is too much.

I don't think there is a sports story I could care less about than the "will he or won't he?!?!" Aaron Rodgers story.
If he retires? Nice, have a nice life you weird bitch.
If he comes back? Oh wow!!!! The Steelers will still be mediocre at best and relatively meaningless in the big scheme of the NFL.

Josh Dobbs is a plan? Is Dennis Dixon not available?

Steelers bid against themselves for ARod as AR2 paints himself in a corner for a QB

Steelers don't seem too worried about it. I'm guessing Rodgers just doesn't wanna go to whatever theyre doing next week and doesn't wanna look bad by being under contract and not attending.

new coach, new era, draft in pittsburgh big draft class coming in
there is only thing more important than going 9-8 and thats bending over backwards to deceive the fanbase so your 43yr old mediocre QB can save face while skipping team events.
And Rooney stays true to -- why be honest when you can lie

Many QBs looked bad vs Houston. It was not unique to Rodgers. The O Line was terrible and no QB is going to hold up against that kind of pressure.
I don't think anyone here wants Rodgers back at 30M. You are arguing against a point no one is making.
Rodgers was rated in the middle of pack for QBs last year. That alone is worth at least 20M in today's NFL.

I have to agree here. Using Houston with their vicious D as your measuring stick is cherry picking. The O Line got murdered in Houston. Rodgers did not have much of a chance.
Do I want him back for $30M, not really. I would rather roll the dice with Mason or Howard if he wins the camp competition.
The owner's need for a security blanket may be what brings Rodgers back at $30M.
So he is bad vs playoff teams? Is that the excuse? Perhaps only worth $25M per year
I would take him and pay him 30M. He’ll be back at less but worth 30. Our offense with the dumbfucks coaching? Hell yes, I’d pay him 30M.

Has no one mentioned Rivers yet?
Or Flacco
Pretty sure Flacco resigned with the Bungs…and whined about it.
