I think we need to have someone to learn under a year under Ben.
I'm in the camp of going all out with BR giving him players for his final year to win it all.
Plus they would probably have to do a big trade up for a top QB, barring BR being injured again.
Wait till he retires have a crap 3-13 season then be in position to get the QB without giving up a ton of picks.
