I can’t believe how bad these refs were. I mean 3-4 of the worst calls you will ever see.

No roughing the passer on that shit though.
...and his shot on Duck came long after the shot Dupree hit Baker with.

Hard to top that roughing call Lamar Jackson was gifted in the final 2 minutes, but this game had some awful assessments too.Orangesteel wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:15 pmI can’t believe how bad these refs were. I mean 3-4 of the worst calls you will ever see.

My pants may be wet, but I'm super happy.
NO way the Steelers are winning all their remaining games. This offense is still too putrid.

In the joy of this win, stellar play by so many don't forget Edmund's tackle on Hunt. By far best play of his career.

I had found a bus tour to this game, but being a broke ass kept me home. Damn you beer!
Quack quack!

Oh goody, my wife's work has it's first case of co-vid.
I know I probably sound like a Seahawks fan, but these refs need to be investigated. Something fishy was going on. The "false start" on hodges. The inexplicable touchback call. The lack of holding calls against Watt. The "roughing the passer" penalty (which was much cleaner than the prior hit on Hodges -- neither should have been RTP, but if the Dupree hit was RTP than the hit on Duck clearly was RTP).
These refs had an agenda. They need to be fired and then investigated for gambling.

You don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.
That touchback interpretation is straight up bending the rules in favor of a specific team.
There is no way to come to that conclusion in a rational way. The mask fell off there, and it's ugly

SteelerDayTrader, who is currently on your ignore list, made this post.
Ehh 20 points was a decent outing. I think Duck can make juuuuuuust enough plays to make the offense good enough. If they score 20 a game, then they are winning at least 3/4.Professor Half Wit wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:16 pmMy pants may be wet, but I'm super happy.

This game was an officiating atrocity and it should be noted that they [nfl officiating crew] cost this game more integrity....
Yeah. Al Riveron has consistently screwed the Steelers. Dude needs to be fired and investigated for corruption. How can you put all of the power in one person's hand and not anticipate the potential for corruption?ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmYou don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.

The explanation seemed legit. He did in fact have control of the ball, then let go.
I'm not a rules expert though.

I don't understand why rational people do this when it comes to sports. It's incompetence, not conspiracy.zeke5123 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmI know I probably sound like a Seahawks fan, but these refs need to be investigated. Something fishy was going on. The other penalties?
Yeah. Phantom, and watt was held on almost every play, from what I could see.

Whistle didn't blow and the guy was laying with half his body in the end zone and his knee hit the ball.CORE-TEN wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:22 pmI dunno.ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmYou don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.

You think today's performance is going to win out? Fair enough. Not buying it. Sooner or later, the D is going to have a merely good game instead of an elite one.zeke5123 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:20 pmEhh 20 points was a decent outing. Just like the constitution, when you write the rules with loopholes, this is what happens.K_C_ wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:23 pmWhistle didn't blow and the guy was laying with half his body in the end zone and his knee hit the ball.CORE-TEN wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:22 pmI dunno.ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmYou don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.

They want to set up Cleveland vs Baltimore, Jackson vs Mayfield rivalry. I don’t know why they just can’t play the fuckin game.ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmYou don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.

Don't know of any loophole that makes sense in this instance.
They fucked the Steelers numerous times with ridiculous calls.
That was just another one.

The refs simply want to make the game about them now.
They have to be noticed as much as possible.
It's become embarrassing.

He was in the air and had the ball for a fraction of a second. There’s no way that can be possession. That is how the nfl will try to justify it though.CORE-TEN wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:22 pmI dunno.ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:19 pmYou don't need to look at the penalty calls the refs called to see the attempt to manipulate the game.

How can you have control of a ball that gets so loose so fast, that’s the problem with stopping at a particular nano second rather than judging a whole play
One game at a time. We're on to Cincinatti...er..Arizona.Professor Half Wit wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 9:24 pmYou think today's performance is going to win out? Fair enough. Not buying it.
