That was easily the right call.

I don't want to argue after a win, but Jeemie already answered the question. Quick developing play that you can call a timeout on if it fails. I'm not saying kick the field goal with 5 secs on the clock, simply to call a smart play that gives you multiple ways to win the game.

I'm happy it worked for sure though, just frustrated with the offense tonight. On to next week.

That run by bell was unbelievable...chargers totally had that sniffed out. Nix basically tackled a defender, decastro was able to hook his guy inside and give bell JUST enough of a seam to get through

Because you could have run it twice from the 1 inch line with a conventional run play or QB sneak. I agree. You go for the win 100 percent. But they could have had some insurance with that timeout. Glad it worked out.

Maybe the wrong play call, but it worked - and most importantly right or wrong play - it was in the right players hands if you want to go to for the win.

Glad our coaching staff figured that out... shame we had a lose a game to do it, but hopefully lesson learned for the gentlemen who have been around this game since their dad's were working age.

Major props to the D who we're ballin lights out all night w/ the exception of covering Gates.

Also props to Vick who let his balls drop and balled the last two O series.

Major props to Butler the Gambler and his crazy blitz and trusting his players to make plays.

I didn't think it was the right playcall because I would've went with the sneak but hey I can't fault it if it works. Unlike last week, they put the ball in the hands of their best player and said "Win it for us playboy" and like he does week in and week out he delivered the goods.

Great team win.

Side note: I believe Ben was calling the plays those last two series.

I think it was a bad call. I wanted them to go for it (not kick), but not from a shotgun snap that took the ball from inches to 6 yards away from the goal line with 5 seconds left, and no shot for a timeout if it didn't work. Thank God it worked.
