James Jones paints the AB issues as Ben being the problem

Post by BethlehemSteel » Fri Jan 04, 2019 4:09 pm

James Jones talking out his ass or he got some slanted info from Morgan Burnett; or he just doesn't like Ben....media narrative to continue to slight Ben

This asshat wore a hoodie under his uniform. From one diva to another one.

Yeah I heard what he said. Ridiculous made up bullshit. I can not believe anyone would blame Ben for ABs actions. Unbelievable.

The asshat wore a hoodie under his uniform...therefore of course he can’t know anything.

Sigh...

Ben has had to deal with:
Todd Haley
Martavis Bryant
Antonio Brown
Mike Tomlin
Le’Veon Bell
Legarrette Blount

The Vatican is considering him for sainthood at this point.

Oh, I believe there is some truth to what he is saying. Over the last few months, you could see, through reading the tea leaves, that Ben and AB were not that close, personally. Ben did call out AB on several occasions - I'm not saying it wasn't warranted. The biggest comment/dagger was when Ben said he wished they would of thrown the ball to JuJu four straight times at the end of the DEN(?) game. Things have gone downhill since then, imo.

Also, Ben seems to be growing in a different direction in his life...marriage, kids (by one woman), church. AB, on the other hand has all kinds of off field issues, over the last season. I'm sure Ben disagrees with many of his actions/decisions. As example, Ben and VMac have become very close bc of their similar life decisions/paths off the field. Don't forget these guys are people too, not just players...and as they age/grow up their off the field actions can take on more weight to some of them.

True. Porter has been more useful than Tomlin.

If only Tomlin hadn’t missed the tackle on the Rats kick returner.

We were totally winning that game without anything Porter did. We were at the 32 yard line with :18 seconds left before PacMan's penalty. Hell, even without the Burfict penalty, we had :18 seconds to go about 13 yards for Boswell FG range... and he wasn't missing anything at that point.

Hahahaha, another playoff game we didn’t play well in under this guy, whatever.

He really should be 2-9 in the playoffs, since the Bowl loss, with Ben....just abysmal.

And A.J. McCarron, not Andy Dalton, was the Bungles QB that day.

If what he says is true then Ben has some nerve calling people out the one day he actually practices especially with some of the under throws and INTs he had this season.

His three misses in 2015 were all from 40+.

No guarantee he makes a 50 yarder.

Making it a 35-yarder turned it into a gimme.

Truth!

Ben would probably like to make some of the choices AB is making, but he knows the grey lurks behind the brass teeth of his pants. So he sticks to the path he is on and it leads a bit further away from AB.

Whats funny to me is all these NFL network ex-player analysts that think they're word is from God's mouth to the football fans ears. Can't be further from the truth. These fuckwads are just in it to extend themselves in a business that they were washed out of. These idiots are in the numbers game just like the crapreport, LaCanFabricate and florio. The only difference is that these douchebags have some credibility for actually playing the game. Therefore their opinions/information is more believable by casual fans. Fuck these assholes and their hidden agendas behind their alliances to whatever team they've played for. They're all full of shit and it just contributes to the circus that the NFL has evolved into. Fuck You james jones you don't know anymore shit about the Steelers than we fans do. Notice this motherfucker ain't said one negative thing about the packers situations. Fuck off and eat aaron rogers ass. That should keep your mouth busy for a while.

Except CIN literally fumbled the game away to give PIT the ball back. A fumble that was caused by an illegal helmet-to-helmet hit, which wasn't called by the refs.

Other than that, sure, that win wasn't given to us. There was some other miracle bullshit, too, that I don't remember that had nothing to do with Porter.

That game was another Tomlin turd that the stars aligned to overcome.

That post was freaking hilarious. I started laughing halfway through and could not stop. The James Jones who played basketball for the Heat and Cavs is probably more credible than this clown.

Your memory of the game is way off.

The fumble that got us the ball back was a strip from behind thst we recovered deep in our end.

The play you're thinking of was a swing pass to Bernard that Shazier played perfectly and we were the ones that actually were screwed. It was helmet to helmet but he established himself as a runner. It should have been a TD for us which would have essentially ended the game. Thst was right before Ben got hurt which should have never happened.

We had the ball in Bengal territory. There was enough time left for Ben to complete a pass downfield into comfortable Bos range and for Bos to kick the winner. It wouldn't have been the most miraculous thing we've seen Ben do.
